    Nice Pilates Fusion Workout |
| College has done a good job describing this dvd as a mix of pilates and traditional exercises, which I like. If your a pilates purist you won't like this one though. I particularly enjoy the ab toning as I feel the towel helps add some intensity while also helping me keep my form better. Highly recommended. - posted by Elaine on 9/5/2011 |

    bring back your older workouts |
| I like Denise - especially her older videos, lower body, total body, hit the spot series and some others she produced w/ weights. IMO this one here was a waste of my money and time. the segments are barely 15 minutes and she just gets started on 1 exercise and after 5 to 8 reps she moves to another. I'm like hold on here we didn't even work the muscle we just started to focus on. Please target the muscle and do more reps & sets. i don't see how anyone could firm and tone their body with this workout. | Love this dvd - I'm 53 and in reasonable shape....it's challenging but not so hard that I don't want to try it again to get better at it each time,....as always, I enjoy Denise Austin's positive attitude & excellent form to imitate.     Not Enough Demonstration |
| The video segments move at a fast pace. I wish Denise had given more demonstrations of the poses for first-time users. Her cuing was also not sufficient for me. | I really enjoy Denise Austin's workouts. So when I got this dvd, I was happy. The moves are very easy to follow and Denise makes it fun. Her cueing is good, the reminders on form is good, and so is the pace of the workouts. You just need to remember that each of the segments are 15 minutes. It's nice if you are short on time. The only thing I wished there was more of is reps. Maybe pause and add more reps if you wish. They are effective moves and ones that you don't see often.
