Certified instructor description: A low-key — but surprisingly intense — workout that includes yoga, Pilates, Chi Gong and the Lotte Berk Method. It’s a gently flowing series that builds strength and power as it energizes your body and releases stress. The program is team-taught by Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito. One teaches the techniques while the other demonstrates the correct form. You get six distinct segments. The first three are mostly yoga with some added muscle toning. Then it’s a Chi Gong/yoga blend followed by a Pilates core/glute series. The workout ends with a super-relaxing, deep stretch section. ©2010. DVD has: Chapter menus, Wide screen.

Exhale: Core Fusion Yoga Energy Flow

Love this workout!
I'm 55 and trying to do more yoga to relieve my back and neck issues. I stopped weight training because of the toll on my elbows and knees and needed an alternative toning method. I have found that a flowing yoga practice feels better and fully answers my toning needs. This workout is tough and I feel great afterwards. I can feel my body transforming already. I highly recommend this workout! - posted by Annette on 4/27/2012
I Like It But...
I have been exercising to workout vids for 20 years. I have been trying new instructors and trying to work in more yoga styles. I liked this workout, but felt that the moves were not held long enough. I also think if the workout would have been slowed down by half, I would have enjoyed it more and would have gotten more benefit from it. - posted by Diana on 3/3/2012
Great DVD
I usually do aerobic/toning videos and got this one to mix up my collection. Like other reviewers have mentioned, this tape is not boring. It moves quickly along, but at a pace which Yoga beginners, like myself, can keep up. I like the instructors; I feel like I'm at a real yoga studio getting personal instruction. Overall, a great addition to my exercise video collection. - posted by Mary on 2/27/2012
Love it!
I'm not much of a yoga person. I've always felt I needed more calorie burning cardio. This combination of yoga, pilates and core work is fabulous! - posted by Julie on 12/1/2011
Fabulous!
I love this DVD! I have been working out for years and do a lot of high intensity, advanced workouts. Still, I HIGHLY recommend this DVD. After a recent back injury, I have relearned how important it is to include balance and flexibility work in my training. This is much more intense than your typical yoga workout. This workout feels so go on my body, that it's actually hard to stop short of doing the whole DVD. - posted by Julie on 11/20/2011
awesome DVD!
I love yoga but sometimes get a little restless when holding poses for too long. This workout was challenging enough for an intermediate to advanced exercisers (Fred has some awesome advanced moves you can work up to), but yet a I think beginner would do well too with the modifications. Each pose was challenging and I loved how they added pulses and moved from one to another with great flow. I have 2 other Exhale DVDs to try and I can't wait! - posted by Janice on 7/7/2011
A Must have!
This workout is absolutely amazing! I love the play options and easy to follow instructions. You can pick the whole workout or do short segments. As for the instructions given by the instructor, they are easy to follow. With some videos, I feel as if, I have to look up at the screen a lot, but the cue's given by Frank are great and easy to follow through. I had a great sweat and stretch all in one. - posted by June on 6/6/2011
Fab workout!!!
I love this workout, you don't have to be a pro at yoga and the yoga movements flow at a steady pace. I feel totally, stretched, relaxed and energized after doing this workout. The cueing is perfect and like all the other dvds that CF workouts everything is very well explained in detail. This workout and all the others in the series are superb for people who also have joint, back and arthritis issues like me. - posted by Cee Doyley on 4/21/2011
Great couples workout
My husband has been doing workout video's with me for a couple of years now. He has laughed off some of them saying "this really complements the female physique". This video was great fun for both of us. He has much more upper body strength than I do, and it still offers him alot of room for growth. When we finish it we find that we have renewed motivation every time. - posted by Cyndi on 3/31/2011
Like being at a class
I like the instructors pacing and that it has elements of Core Fusion in it as I am not a regular yoga participant. So I can get a nice workout in my home, but at at tiny bit more relaxed pace when I can't get to a regular Core Fusion Exhale class. - posted by Claudia on 3/31/2011

Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
