great
Its good for learning a new dance :-D seems you need the tap shoes but another then that seems alot on DVD to do the DVD is pretty fast pace. - posted by Tania on 4/27/2012
Difficult Moves, but great workout
Good aerobic workout with lots of jumps and leg work. Great if you already know how to irish dance. I found it hard to follow some of the more complicated footwork. - posted by Nicole on 8/24/2007
Reading a Time Graph

Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

You can play only the individual workout segments you want by picking them off a chapter menu (one at a time).
Music only option

This feature allows you to play only the music, without any cuing (after you’ve learned the movements and you just want to do the workout without listening to the instruction).
Wide screen
