    Just OK! |
| I have many walking DVDs and ordered this after reading the reviews. I was a little dissapointed. The routine is good, however, the music and her interaction was not energetic nor inspiring for me. I have many of Leslie Sansone's DVDs and although I sometimes despise her "chatter" I am not bored. There was no high energy sounds, whether vocal and musically. | Jessica is great. This is an excellent dvd. Jessica does a wonderful job of explaining. She is on a couple of Chris Freytags dvd's and I always liked her. I also have one other of Jessica's dvds. | Jessica hit this out of the park! I have been a long time fan of Leslie Sansone but just have been so bored with her workouts I haven't used them in close to 6 months. I've been walking outdoors but with a young baby, that can be difficult to do on a regular basis bc of schedules and her needs. I love the outdoor setting and the music; which uses an Asian inspired tune from Cathe's 4 Day Split Step routine. I was never a big fan of Jessica. I just couldn't click with her and I hated the titles of her workouts "sexy" this and "naked" that. With a young daughter in our home, I need to be responsible for her sake and not allow her to associate one's body shape/size with sex appeal and attractiveness. So as a result, Jessica's workouts were never long for my collection. This workout is different! It's about wellness, health, energy! I felt muscles working that I've never felt during a Leslie Sansone workout and I just felt alive, inspired, and refreshed. I sweated and got my heart rate up even with only doing the lesser intense walk. This is a keeper and now I will purchase her strength workout. If this is the caliber that we can expect from Jessica, I will be a repeat customer for years to come. On the flip side, Leslie will get less and less of my time and money bc frankly, I've found something a whole lot better with this workout! This is what her workouts have been missing for YEARS! | I really liked this one - I have alot of Leslie Samsone & wanted something new & different though a walking dvd & this one fits that bill, maybe it is because I have done so many of Leslie's that I actually like this one better- great scenery & uplifting personally & a good workout- you cant go wrong with this one. - posted by donna on 6/12/2013 |

| I am not a huge fan of walking DVD's. I have a few other DVD's of Jessica Smith's so I watched the clip and after watching the clip I thought, this looks different..... so I gave it a try. Jessica Smith incorporates arm moves and a lot of stretching for the whole body in her walking. Her routines are not boring either. She gives great advanced cuing and she does the steps first so you can see how to do them beforehand. The music was good too. I was unsure about ordering this one, but I am glad I did now. The stretches and the breathing made the tension of the day melt away. I am chained inside an office all day at a desk job, it is nice to feel your spine and body stretch out and the tension leave your shoulders.
When I have had a super stressful day at work I am going to come home and do this workout. For those of you with Fitbits, it racks up a ton of steps. My steps were somewhere around 6000 the day I did this DVD, when I was finished with this DVD my step count was over 10,000. - posted by Regina on 5/30/2013 |

    What fun! |
| I don't usually do walking videos, but after doing Jessica's Cardio Abs, I thought I'd give hers a try. Absolutely love it! Fun and you actually break a sweat. Perfect for those days that you just don't have it in you for a higher intense workout or to think about choreography too much. | This video is more than just walking. Jessica incorporates the arms, core, etc as well. Very well crafted workout with excellent cueing. Easy to pick & choose sections or do the whole workout. Good for beginners or intermediate. Modifiers show various levels. - posted by Stacey on 5/27/2013 |

| Jessica Smith is a wonderful instructor. Her manner is upbeat and pleasant. She isn't annoying and chatty like Leslie. Her cueing is spot on. This is a great low impact aerobic workout - I'm in my late fifties and I find it easy to follow, but surprisingly challenging. The pacing is pretty fast. - posted by Jill on 5/25/2013 |
