Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles |
    Better Than Expected |
| When I saw the clip with Leslie and the James Brown figure, I got worried. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I actually enjoyed this workout. The four miles went quickly. I enjoyed the small variations with the walking (mambos, grapevine). Leslie was a little more chatty than usual but it was heartfelt. This will become part of my regular workout routine. - posted by Tina on 11/2/2009 |

    LOVE THIS WORK |
| I have this in my rotation now & I love it - I wish I could see more of this type of workout from Leslie - it's not boring & repetitive - the joking intervals keep you awake - I would love to see more of this type with some different moves between the intervals - posted by DAPHNE on 10/29/2009 |

Love Leslie, but James Gotta Go! |
| I am a true Leslie Sanson fan, and this video like most of her walk -at -home series is great for us athletically challenged people, however I fail to see the reasoning for her brandishing the James Brown bobble head doll. I think sticking to the workout would have been best. - posted by Jonell on 8/24/2009 |

Love the jogging intervals/sick of the same music |
| I am both a walking and running enthusiast and love these hybrid workouts Leslie has come out with more recently. Admittedly, there is more walking than jogging, and thus she is true to her core exercise approach, but the 2-minute jogging intervals really boost the workout. If you want to make this workout more advanced, I would recommend adding some weight--I used 2-pound hand weights for the entire workout, with the exception of the jogging intervals--and exaggerating the motions. The one thing I don't like about this DVD is the repetition of the SAME music she has been using forever. It is tired to the point of being exasperating and needs to go into retirement! - posted by Stephanie on 8/9/2009 |

Yes, it is fast and much boosted walking! |
| Look out this thing is fast! There are five boosted intervals and man do they mean fast! This is the quickest, most difficult walk I've done with Leslie. I don't care for the mile markers in it. It is just some counter that counted backwards. This walk is all about cardio and endurance. - posted by ATara on 7/16/2009 |

    GOOD JOB |
| I like this workout, it's fun & fast but I challenge that it's inter/advan - it's more like a intermediate only workout for me but I really do enjoy it...I love Lesly & her bubbly personality...she really makes the workouts fun & entertaining - posted by dino on 6/28/2009 |

A Go To Workout On My Active Rest Day |
| Love Leslie's personality and love this workout! I am an advanced exerciser, doing mostly step and floor aerobics, weight training, and intervals. Sundays are my rest day, but I choose active rest, rather than doing nothing. So I need a lighter workout, and walking with Leslie is perfect!!! If you use this as your main workout, it is great as it is easy on the joints, and you can still get your workout in if you have bad weather outside. Walking indoors. I love it!!!!! - posted by Jill Sherry on 6/28/2009 |

A must have for any Leslie Sansone fan! |
| I have quickly become a big fan of Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home series. I love Leslie's Four Fast Miles because it is quick and I feel so energized afterward. This is a must have! - posted by Hildee on 6/23/2009 |

    Awesome |
| I have all of Leslie's 4 and 5 mile walks and love them all. This one in particular. It goes so fast. I started walking with Leslie 2 mos ago (after doing aerobics for years and years). I lost 4 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips. I do either 4 or 5 miles after work every day! Thank you Leslie!!!!! - posted by Suz on 5/29/2009 |

    Love the workout |
| I use this dvd just about every day and I still enjoy the workout. It is fast paced and not too hard on my 60 year old knees. I love walking outside, but you certainly don't burn the same amount of calories as doing this dvd. I also do Debra Mazda's Shapley Girl video and that is also a great shorter workout. - posted by Cindy on 3/9/2009 |
