| I had 3 of them on VHS and love them and now I am so glad to be able to have these classics on one DVD. I agree that it is an excellent value! - posted by Tracy on 11/15/2009 |

    Great Value, Good Workouts |
| You know, I never thought I'd be writing one of these, but I honestly feel compelled to show Les and the girls a little support. Her videos are really good, strenuous workouts for me, especially the 3-mile weight loss walk and walk strong and power mile from this release which I do one after the other. It all just depends on where you're at. I consider myself to be naturally strong and athletic, but have allowed myself to get out of shape and using 3 lb weights for walk strong and power mile are good for me right now. I tried using 4 lb. weights as I do with the weight loss walk DVD, but they're too much for the time being. Leslie does mention that she's using 5 lb. weights which she implies you will probably move up to as you advance in your fitness. I do not see how the packaging could be called misleading as it states right on the cover what work outs are included, clearing implying that this is a re-release of older material. A really great value for someone just starting their Leslie Sansone collection. - posted by Jean on 9/13/2009 |

Good Deal for the Price, Surprised by Negative Remarks |
| I just bought this work out and I recognized that it was a compilation of prior workouts. I saw the titles of the 4 work outs included on the cover. Your description indicates that these workouts were previously released in 2001. I really liked it and thought it was a great deal. Four workouts for the price of one. I don't think most people buy Leslie's workouts for a strenuous work out. I mean, it's a walking workout! Do I need to say more? It works for me. My husband and I are living in a hotel in between houses waiting to move into our new home. I needed something and this was perfect for me in a small confined hotel room. My 7 and 5 year old did a work out with me and we had a great time and it helped get rid of some of their excess energy. Plus I can do it on mute when they are sleeping because it's easy to follow and that way I don't disturb them. I think it's great for someone just getting into working out or as a supplemental workout to relax with at the end of the day. It's not strenuous and it's not hard. That's not Leslie. I think it was just as it was advertised and not at all misleading. Thanks for putting four workouts together Leslie. I'm thinking of giving this to my retired parents as a gift becaus they like her workouts too. - posted by Nicky on 9/3/2009 |

Boring workouts, recycled or not! |
| I had 3 of the 4 workouts, Walk Strong being the only 1 I haven't owned, and I got rid of them. Walk Jog has intervals like her recent walk/jog mix DVDs, but many things make this bad. The production quality, like the rest of the workouts is horrible. The music is BORING. The class seems to be off on the intervals; timing issues, ect. It's just not the best interval DVD she has. Walk Kick, is more like Walk Snooze. I have no idea how you can call this a Kickboxing interval workout! It's VERY basic punching and only 1 interval has kicking. Mind you all of these moves are done in super slow-mo. You get more benefit from 10 Minute Solutions Kickboxing than you do this workout. She refers to Kickboxing being the hottest fitness trend, which it was when these were originally released, but this would be like "Chair Aerobics" version of kickbox, beyond basic. In order to get my Heart Rate monitor past 80 calories in 30 minutes, I had to have weighted gloves, add high impact jumps and punch 2-3 times faster than she was. I also had to add my own kicks to each interval. Not exactly worth the investment if I have to come up with my own routine, almost entirely. Power Mile wasn't anything new. You use weights for added resistance, however she calls them strength training. I don't really see how you can get stronger, except in your shoulders and wrists (very small muscle groups) with 3 lbs weights. A gallon of milk weighs more. If you have children, you get more benefit out of pouring them some cereal or lifting them up for strength as apposed to this workout. That's just a joke! The weights do add to the cardio burn, but muscle building will not happen with such small amounts of weight. She should do better research before telling women un or half-truths. Not worth the money repackaged or not. I do agree that it is getting old having her older workouts, non Walk Production workouts, repackaged. - posted by Julia on 9/3/2009 |

    Great workouts as usual! |
| These may be the same workouts you've tried on other DVDs, but the workouts are still great! I give them a 5-star because they are all excellent workouts! I don't think you can give a low rating just because you didn't realize you already had the workouts called Walk & Jog, Walk Strong, Power Mile, and Walk & Kick. I have three out of four of these but wouldn't mind getting this one for the fourth workout I don't have. Other instructors re-package and re-combine their best workouts. They can still be first rate workouts, even if they are recycled. Those who don't have these workouts (or even one or two of them) will love this set, its excellent! If you love Leslie, you'll love Fat Burning Miles too. - posted by Cheryl on 9/2/2009 |

    So Disappointed |
| I agree with Lori--I feel duped by buying this DVD that's 8+ years old. I love walking with Leslie but this one is going back. It is definitely not a "new" release! - posted by Lilly on 9/1/2009 |

    rating the Preview |
| I CANNOT believe that I have these workouts that are shown on the preview on older DVDs from a few years back. I am a lot disappointed that she would recycle her workouts and blend them and just "republish" under a different title. Totally unacceptable. - posted by Lori on 8/30/2009 |
