Mindy Mylrea: Workout! |
    Great energy and personality |
| I'm amazed at her energy, despite no music and limited equipment or choreography. I liked it because it gave me ideas for things to do when I travel or am at the gym and not taking a class. I found it a bit boring with no music and just moving from one thing to the next. However, it is worth the purchase for new workout ideas, unique moves, and a workout with limited equipment. I really like Mindy's personality and enthusiasm; this was my first purchase of one of her videos. I usually buy Cathe, Jari, or Patrick, but will add Mindy to my list. - posted by Connie on 8/29/2010 |

    Good workout, great script |
| I know that headline is odd, but the script is unusually motivating in this video so I really noticed it. The workout begins with much more difficult moves and sequences and becomes noticeably and thankfully easier towards the end. The ab section and the core segment with the gliding discs (I used paper plates) are both fabulous. I gave 4 stars, and this is always my issue with Mindy, that there is a fair bit of repetition of movements we've seen since Interval Express. I'm not sure if it's more true with this instructor than any other because they all recycle movements, but I own a lot of Mindy, Cathe, and Patrick, and I notice it less with them. I'm not really paying for the script or the cute set, I'm wanting to buy new movements than those I already have. All in all, a rewarding and well organized program. I wonder if Mindy has ever had her colours analyzed. - posted by Christine on 1/17/2010 |

    WORKOUT!!! is right |
| I was looking for a cardio workout with basic choreography because I am choreographically challenged(lol). This has simple moves that truly will get your heartrate up. The moves that she does that she calls throwbacks from the 1980's are fun. The 40-second "stations" are truly intense. Be prepared to do each of them 2 times. This is my first Mindy workout and I was not prepared for her chattiness. Man can that woman talk!! But she somehow does it where it is not annoying at all. The only complaint I have is that I was sweating so much that I slipped a few times because I workout on a wood floor(lol). Great cardio workout!!! - posted by Lee on 10/8/2009 |

Another Great One From Mindy! |
| In my opinion, Mindy Mylrea can do no wrong. This workout is very basic, yet still innovative and challenging. I particularly love the "surfing exercise", where you lie down on step and then jump up as if your are mounting a surf board. Mindy shows a lot of options and each exercise can be easily modified if you do not have the specific piece of equipment that she is using. As always, Mindy is very personable and motivating. - posted by Josie on 9/23/2009 |

    I love it! |
| I really love this workout and Mindy is awesome. You can tell she really cares about people and knows what she's doing! I only did the first 25 min. but let me tell you, I was dripping with sweat. For, me, I would classify this as more of an intense cardio workout rather than muscle building. I am absolutely going to use this on my cardio days twice a week in rotation with Jari's new extremely ripped, Tracy Effinger's Squeeze Stronger and Amy Bento Slo Mo, the three of which I use for muscle building. Mindy's Workout is one of the best workouts I've ever done. I feel like it will be my greatest secret as to why I am so lean! I feel fantastic now after doing it. Thanks Mindy! - posted by Theres on 9/10/2009 |

    WOW! |
| This is a fantastic, heart-pumping, muscle-burning, super fun workout. Time flies and sweat pours! There is not a minute wasted and you feel totally worked out in the 60 minutes of the workout. And if I can look like Mindy when I'm almost 50 (or a decade younger even) I would be thrilled! - posted by Shelley on 9/5/2009 |
