Patrick Goudeau's Quick Step |
    Fun As Always! |
| Patrick delivers again! This is not as dancy as the rest of his stuff (and I have pretty much all of his dance and step DVDs). As he says, "there's only 1 turn" and you don't have to turn if you don't want to. I picked everything up without rewinding (although I admittedly do lots of complex choreo). He does lots of layering and TIFTing and he shows the next move while the background exercisers are still doing the previous move. There are three combos, although the 3rd one is a little bit short. The workout got my HR up and it stayed up throughout the workout. I think he put in a bit too many filler moves and probably could've added a little bit on to each combo if he didn't have so many step touches. Other than that, I really enjoyed it and it's a great workout when you're short on time and want an effective cardio workout. - posted by Marcy on 1/14/2010 |

    Fantastic! |
| I really love this video - it's short and sweet. I only have a half hour for cardio in the a.m. and this fits the bill: it's challenging, a bit tricky to learn, and one I don't get bored with. This is one of my top dvds in my cardio rotation. Patrick has a cute personality and is very inspiring. - posted by Stephanie on 1/6/2010 |

    I really enjoyed |
| First off I have tried Patrick's other step dvd's and lets just say never again way too dancy for me. So when he came out with this one I thought I'd give it a shot. I love it I really cant understand what everyone else finds so hard. I compare this one being no harder then Cathe or Christy Taylor. It took me maybe 3 times to get it down. Have to say I hope he makes more like this. - posted by sally on 10/10/2009 |

This is a great 30 minute Workout! |
| I've been doing Cathe workouts now for about 11 years and was pretty nervous about trying somebody different, but I had seen Patrick Goudeau on FitTV and really liked his personality. He made even the tough moves seem doable, so I figured I give this shorter workout a try. It's just great - I really mean it. Yes, it takes a little practice to get the steps down perfect, but if it didn't, wouldn't you get bored with it all too quickly. I know I would. It's a feeling of great accomplishment to get a new fairly complex workout down. Mainly I wanted a workout I could turn to when I didn't have an entire hour to spend exercising. As far as I'm concerned, this is definitely it. You won't be sorry - just stick with it. Sharon - posted by Sharon on 5/2/2009 |

    Give this video time.... |
| The first three times I tried this video I was getting very frustrated. It was very hard to follow the instructor. After the third try it finally got easier and now I love this video!!! - posted by Jennifer Coyne on 4/12/2009 |

    Sweat and Smile! |
| You'll definitely sweat, but you'll smile too, especially when you've done it a few times and really get the moves. This is great for days when workout time is limited...short quick warm-up, intense fun workout (I use one less riser on the step than they do), short cool-down and stretch. Patrick's personable style makes it fun to do. He is the master of step workouts...I have 6 of his "steps." - posted by Donna on 3/22/2009 |

    very frustrating--poor cueing |
| I am going to return this video--the cueing is impossible for me to understand. he just names a step without explaining what it is, does not say which foot to use, etc. I am very disappointed and will be returning this tomorrow. - posted by Kathy on 2/27/2009 |

    Very Dancy |
| I want to say first that I adore Patrick's style of teaching. His Hard Work Conditioning dvd is wonderful and I always feel like I have had a great workout and had fun. This is just pretty difficult to follow, although I am sure eventually I will get it. I have never been afarid to try new steps and will attempt the moderate choreography videos. This one seems to be an obvious complex choreography candidate. It is just misleading to say otherwise. I was able to modify steps and still get my heartrate up. It became quite comical trying to follow his steps. Probably after 5 or 6 times I will have it down. Please just note that this requires some brain work. I am going back to Jari Love and Cathe for awhile so I can feel good about myself again :) - posted by Jeanie on 2/26/2009 |

Great as an add-on to a sculpt DVD! |
| I like this workout and use is as an add-on to my CLX dvd’s. There is not warm-up or stretch at the beginning of the workout. I thought the choreography was easy to learn and had no problems getting it on the first try. I am used to complicated choreography from Amy Bento, Cathe Friedrich and Seasun Zieger to name a few. - posted by Wendy on 2/25/2009 |

    not as expected |
| From the reviews and description I expected less choreography! This will be the first exercise video that I have ever returned! ( Patrick's Hard Work DVD's are great!! ) - posted by trish on 2/12/2009 |
