Patrick Goudeau's Step Appeal |
    Too fun! |
| This is the most fun workout ever! It's never boring and the music is terrific. It takes a few times to get the routines down and it's easier if you just learn the 1st part and then move onto the whole routine one you have it down. A great motivating workout. - posted by Diane on 4/12/2009 |

    Frustrating! |
| I'm used to complex stepping but this was ridiculous.. I could not get the moves and the intensity was very low. Very discouraging. I would not recommend it, I felt like it was a waste of my time. - posted by Kim on 12/8/2008 |

    Step Tap Step Tap...... |
| I was excited about this video; I wanted a challenge. The moves are sort of complex, but they would be easier to get if Patrick explained the foot work or counted them out. He doesn't. You have to figure out a lot on your own. And they are actually a lot of fun! But there is so much step tap, step tap in between everything. Always stopping to step tap. You just get going and then you step tap, step tap.... Last time I did the video I tried to fast forward through all the step tapping, but that was a drag. I like Patrick and the actual workout, but I found he did not really cue as well as described and there was too much pausing for...step tap, step tap..... - posted by Jalie on 10/9/2007 |

    Great personality but....... |
| Patrick has a wonderful way about him, he comes across as witty and full of life and i would love to give this the thumbs up but i cant. The moves arent particularly difficult but they are broken down so much there is no time to really get into them. Also i felt like my arms were redundant,i mean there were no big arm stuff i just ended up doing my own thing. The music wasnt very inspiring either. The whole thing felt like it didnt get off the ground. - posted by Ann-Marie on 9/13/2007 |

I love this! Great workout |
| Sure it's complex, but for me, what's a great workout without a challenge I watched this for months and finally was brave enough to do it and surprisingly I got most of it on the first try. You really need to watch it a few times before attempting it, but once you do, you will love it. The moves are so creative and fun that the hour flies by and you are sweating up a storm! No problem getting the heartrate up on this one for me. If you like the dancey choreography or even if you just want to start out with one to try, get this. You will love it! - posted by Jill Sherry on 6/22/2007 |

| Complex, yes, but NOT boring |
| Yes, Patrick can be one of the most complex choreographers out there, but that's what I love about his workouts. Even after doing them over and over, they're not boring. As an aerobics instructor I have a low boredom threshold when it comes to working out. Simple choreography may make it easier to work up a sweat quickly, but after doing the video a few times it becomes very dull and unmotivating. His moves are challenging at first, but once you get them they're just plain fun, and you'll find your heart rate increase as you're able to workout harder and utilize more muscle because you know the moves. - posted by Gail on 4/28/2006 |

| Stay Away unless you're a top |
| I used to be a professional dancer so I go for the complex choreography tapes. This, however, is not so much complex as maddeningly filled with turning. I don't feel my legs are worked, there are no arm movements to anything, and I feel deprived of any variation. All he does to make things harder is to add a turn to every step possible. This is not my idea of fun or a good workout. - posted by Christy on 3/22/2006 |

| Great workout if you like dance. |
| I really enjoyed learning this dvd. Patrick instantly connects with the viewer. He cues beautifully and, if you have a flair for choreography, before you know it, you are dancing on the step and getting a great workout! I will certainly buy more of Patricks workouts. Great teacher! - posted by Renuka Pai on 9/3/2005 |
