Certified instructor description: Three challenging aero/tone interval workouts designed to keep you burning fat as you sculpt your body (because your heart rate never drops, even during the toning segments). Tanja’s moves are never “fixed.” Instead, they’re dynamic and functional. Just like in real life, you’re moving in multiple planes and directions (e.g. a squat/plank series, a jumping jack with a twist sequence). The first program has the longest combinations and the most varied exercises. The second workout condenses the patterns into one-minute combos. The third program is short, but high-impact and intense. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2010. DVD has: Programmable chapters, Wide screen.

Reebok: Bootcamp with Tanja Djelevic

Great Workout
I really like this bootcamp with Tanja! I hits your total body in a short time for those day when you may only have a half hour - this workout is the way to go. I like that you can do a 30 min, 15 min or 12 min workout and know you are giving your body a great workout. - posted by Kim on 5/17/2012
change of pace
Nice dvd to add to my exercise tapes for variety. Each segment provides a moderate workout. - posted by cheryl on 11/20/2011
Great DVD & instructor
I love this DVD! Tanja is super pleasant instructor to listen to...she is encouraging and this is the first work out that I am sore! She talks about working the back and believe me, you'll feel it. Hope she makes more! cae - posted by Charlie on 8/4/2011
Take a fitness snack
When I have been on my computer a long while. I pull this out and pick a segment and re-energize. Good energy and nice moves. - posted by Lee on 3/24/2011
Reebok bootcamp Tanja Djelevic
As always, she does a great job of walking you thru a good workout. To the point, doesn't waste time and I love the way it has a couple of workouts within the video, that way you can choose how much time you have to get the workout in. Tanja is one of the best instructors I've seen. - posted by Debbie on 1/8/2011
Reebok falls short
In purchasing this dvd along with the new Reebok Cardio Tone, neither is very good at all. They are disjointed and timing is off. Having arthritis in my knees and wrists, with all the planks/push-ups/lunges, I had to modify the Modifier! Tanja's personality is pleasant, however she seems to think she has a sense of humor. This workout seemed more toning than cardio and I didn't really work up much of a sweat at all. I would prefer to stick to Reeboks Gin Miller workouts. - posted by Mac on 7/9/2010
WOW !!!
I just tried this workout yesterday after viewing it over the weekend and all I can say is WOW, what a great workout with lots of options. I chose the customized options and made my own workout and REALLY, REALLY got a great workout and sweated buckets. I felt my whole body being worked and on some of the exercises in a totally different way. I am so sore today and feel so good that I was able to finish the whole 60 minutes. I had to modify some of the moves and the modifier was there to follow...It is an INTENSE WORKOUT and I am sooooo glad I purchased it. I've yet to try the full body blast and will do so soon...I love Tanja, she is just like the girl next door, friendly and so motivating with impeccable form...She is a joy to work out with...This workout is definitely a keeper...Gotta love Tanja !!! - posted by Jordan on 6/22/2010
Kinetic Workout - gets you to move in all directions
I found the workout to be challenging and highly varied in movements and intensities. This workout makes you use the whole body for practically every exercise. It requires a high degree of knowing where you are in space, and how to move with correct form. The fact that there is always someone modifying helps a great deal. The pros are that you get a lot of work done with just a set of dumbbells and the body as your tools. The cons- The instructor's cuing in this one felt disjointed. She focused a bit too much on chatting instead of cuing the movements. The full body blast, a shorter segment is a great add to a cardio workout, or a way to just get a focused workout in 12 minutes. If you're looking to learn some new moves, and some new takes on older moves try this out. Once you do the routine, you'll not have to rely on the cuing as much. - posted by Lisa on 6/11/2010
Like Instructor, not this workout
I really like Tanya-she's very friendly and positive and makes you want to do well and surely looks like she knows how to get results. I am just not sure why this workout is classified and anything but toning really. I didn't feel my heart rate rise through any of it. It also feels very sort of "mixed up". The segments are totally dis-jointed, as if none of it flows together at all (like others have said). I am a bit sore in places not usually hit though the next day after doing it and there are some quite original and challenging toning exercises. Would I buy it again if I had tried it first? No. - posted by Becky on 6/3/2010
Video Satisfaction
I found this video to be boring and to challenging. I am not happy with this exercise video. I will not support this type again. - posted by Kevette on 5/25/2010

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

Programmable chapters
X
At the beginning of your workout, you can select the exact segments you want to play that day. The DVD will then play all those segments in the order you chose.
Wide screen
X
The program fully fills a wide-screen television screen. Note: These videos will display black bars at the top and bottom on a traditional 4 x 3 ratio TV screen.
Level
X
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Aerobics impact
X
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.

Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.

Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.

Aerobics choreography
X
Basic: The easiest to follow. It ranges from simple walking-style marches to sports and athletic movements.

Complex: More intricate combinations and patterns. They're ideal for people who like to dance.

Moderate: More interesting than Basic, less dancy than Complex.

Toning emphasis
X
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.

Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.

Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.

Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

Floor aerobics & toning
X
Definition: Includes two workout activities. The aerobics segments are fast-paced standing movements like marching, dancing and jumping. These segments require no equipment. The toning sections are slow, controlled movements working against a resistance. These may include Pilates and weight training.

Benefits: The combination of both activities provides a balanced workout. The aerobics burns calories, strengthens your heart and increases stamina. The toning builds lean muscles, increases your metabolism and makes everyday activities easier.
