Say Goodbye To Back Pain

This Video Has Helped Me So Much!
I had horrible sciatic pain from two years of training with a martial arts instructor who really had no idea how to train. The pain was so bad that I was poppoing ibuprofen like it was candy. I decided to get this video because of all the great reviews and because of the fact that it is so old, but it is still around. After watching the video I started out with the 30 min week 5/6 segment because I knew I could handle it. I noticed and improvement in my back and hip pain the very next morning when I was able to walk downstairs to get my coffee without holding on to the rail! I have been using this little gem everyday after my workouts and I am almost pain free in just a few weeks....after suffering with sciatica for almost a year! The stretches are very easy but surprisingly they help. It is a bit expensive but if you are in pain, it is worth the price. - posted by Terri on 11/10/2011
Say Hello to Back Pain
I started by taking the test to see where my strength and weaknesses were and ended up hurting my back. Luckily I found a website that showed how to fix a hurt back, so I wasn't in pain for too long. If you buy it, just be very careful. - posted by Sandra on 10/21/2011
Pain much less in three weeks
My back was hurting so bad I could hardly walk . I started doing the Goodbye to back pain DVD and began to see good results in a few days. I am much much better and am on my third week, - posted by Martha on 9/3/2011
Wonderful!
The exercises on this DVD are helping my back pain go away. It was so bad I could barely sleep at night. I started this program two weeks ago and now I can sleep at night and am making it through the day. I can also do other exercise DVDs now without worrying my back is going to go out on me. - posted by Julia on 7/7/2011
highly recommend
This dvd helped me recover from a back injury last year. I purchased a copy for my brother and his wife who both have been having back problems in the hope that they will benefit as much as I have. - posted by Lee on 4/28/2011
safe basic strength & flexability training for the back!!
I chose this video for an 82 yr. old client with a back condition that has caused limited use of her left leg. This is a very active senior (paddle tennis, kayaking, snow shoeing, and brisk walker.) The video is gentle and informative . The client is noticing improvement after 3 wks. of use combined with accupuncture. She is very happy to be moving during her down time. A positive mental attitude helps the healing. Thank you for providing such a wide variety ! - posted by Laurie on 1/28/2011
it really works!!
Don't expect to pick up this video and treat it like other videos. Though you may not need as long as it says. After I played the entire thing thru one day, I learned so much that I was able to fast forward to Weeks 5&6 right away. Now whenever my back starts to hurt again, I just go to Weeks 5&6 and remind myself. - posted by Ruanne on 11/26/2010
Changed my life 20 years ago
I have given 5 copies of this DVD to friends and relatives with back pain. 20 years ago I began this program and it freed me from severe and activity limiting back pain. You will be tempted to think the program is too slow and simple- don't fall for that. I had to surrender to the simplicity of the routine. - posted by Alan on 11/4/2010
Quick relief for sore lower back
Whenever I overdo and stretch muscles that haven't been used awhile, I use this video and within a few days my back is feeling fine again. We have used this video for years and are glad to now own it on DVD which is much more convenient to get to the exercises we want to do. - posted by Cheri on 10/28/2010
relaxing
I am only in the second part of the program, but so far very much enjoy the relaxation benefit. The age of the video doesn't matter at all, the simple moves, gentle voice and music are very calming. - posted by Judy on 9/19/2010

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
