Time graph for Senior Fitness - Easy Does It
A varied mix of proven dumbbell routines especially modified for seniors (“real” exercises designed to build strength and endurance). For safety and comfort, every move is performed either seated or standing behind a chair (in separate segments, so you can choose the style you prefer). The modifications are very well-planned; they range from subtle hand-position changes to more extensive movement options. Craig Marcacci is a veteran seniors’ instructor; his cuing is easy-to-follow and never condescending. Exercisers range from 55 to 75 years old. Quiet instrumental music. Requires 1 to 5 lb. dumbbells (Craig suggests two weight levels). ©2007. DVD has: Chapter menus.

Senior Fitness - Easy Does It

Very Well Paced Exercise Program
I have been doing this exercise program for a long time and enjoy it very much. I would love it if Craig would do another program so that I can advance to the next level. - posted by Ronnie on 7/7/2009
Perfect Toning
I bought this video for my 82 year old mother and she loves it. This video tones all the major muscle groups at a pace she enjoys. She has had injuries in the past from other videos but not this one. Craig - can we please have more?! Thanks! - posted by Sandy on 6/15/2009
Better than I had hoped for!
We have a small group of senior ladies who have been meeting for exercise two times a week and we were in need of a new instructional DVD. I found this video on your site and was encouraged by the positive reviews. Today our group used it for the first time and we were delighted with the workout. The pace was perfect and we really felt we had a thorough and strength-making workout. I would not hesitate to recommend it. - posted by Isabel on 3/24/2009
Great!
Mr. Marcacci uses very unique ways to do standard exercises that are kind to older muscles. His voice is so soothing I stay relaxed and don't tense up like I often find myself doing when working out to other instructors. I highly recommend this thoroughly enjoyable program with its clearly defined instructions. - posted by Nelda on 8/19/2008
energizes
I love it. As easy as bending the knees and raising the arms but a good workout. He gives the instructions before each exercise without unnecessary chatter and most are done to the count of 15 so I can concentrate on the exercise. A few years back, I took a senior citizen exercise class with a personal trainer and this is very similiar. No more tiring out aerobics tapes for me. This is energizing. - posted by mary on 7/24/2008

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
