This DVD teaches seven dances: Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, Jitterbug, Slow Disco, Fast Disco, Line Dance and Merengue. Within each dance, you get 2 to 10 lessons/steps. They start with a beginner segment -- the most basic moves individually demonstrated, one-at-a-time. That’s followed by a beginner practice session with a partner and music. Then you’ll repeat that full sequence for the intermediate steps and again for the advanced patterns. That dance section ends with a flowing demo of all the steps you’ve learned. Reading a Time Graph

Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

You can play only the individual workout segments you want by picking them off a chapter menu (one at a time).
