Certified instructor description: Ten no-nonsense, total-body workouts designed to completely reshape your body in 90 days. It's all based on "muscle confusion" -- a technique that constantly challenges your muscles with varying sequences of different exercises. All the workouts include carefully planned "work" and "rest" circuits (without specific rep counts -- you'll just do as much as you can in the time allotted). The exercises blend proven weight-room classics with newer "functional fitness" routines. The toning ranges from classic squats and bicep curls to multi-muscle training and and kettlebell-style moves. The aerobic intervals are short but intense (e.g. "jump split lunges" and "high knee jogs"). Tom Holland makes the most of his equipment -- he matches the dumbbell weight to the exercise and often uses the stability ball as a weight bench to improve range of motion. Requires a stability ball and two sets of dumbbells (e.g. 5 lb. and 10 lb.). Includes a nutrition booklet and "90 day success chart." ©2010. DVD has: Music only option, Wide screen, Region 1.

Supreme 90 Day System (Supreme90)

Love it
I am on day 65 on the workout and I am so happy that I stuck with it! I had my second baby via c-section in September and was trying to get back into my training. I bought this set hoping it would help and if not Ii feel amazing but the best part is that the video's do not drag on for an hour.. they are short and effective!! I really hope they come out with another set!! - posted by valerie on 5/19/2012
It is the best that i have ever done!
I had ordered this video just by looking at the ad on collage video website. have already done four of the workouts and believe you me, i can already see the change in my whole body. It is tough, it is no nonsense and it gives returns. What else could you ask for? - posted by Ayesha on 5/19/2012
Awesome
I picked up this video and it has been the best purchase I've ever made. For the first time in my life I can do push ups without going on my knees. Thank you Tom for changing my body. I have so much energy and my heart is a lot stronger from doing these workouts. - posted by Hilda on 5/18/2012
Great workout!
I wanted something different to pep up my workouts. I go to the gym several days a week and do the free weights and machines, and was getting bored with my workouts. It is really cheap too, so why not try it out. - posted by Jane on 5/10/2012
Awesome!!
I have been using the DVDs for less than 2 weeks and I am already seeing results! My arms, shoulders, abdominals and gluteals have definitely acquired more tone. I am independent and do not necessarily have to follow the fast pace of the other exercisers in the video. I like having the option to modify the workout according to my physical strength/stamina for that particular day. These DVDs encourage you to make a mind/body connection which is crucial to one achieving results. I am not simply swinging weights; I am monitoring my form, squeezing at the end, etc. To me, its a bargain for the price!! Looking forward to completing the 90 days and seeing the results... - posted by Felicia on 5/3/2012
Supreme 90 Day Breaks Plateau
I purchased Supreme 90 Day because it was on sale and seemed comparable to P90X or similar workouts. I'd been in a plateau since January. I just started the program in mid April, but I'm no longer plateaued. I've even lost a half inch in a week. - posted by Cicely on 4/30/2012
love it!!!!!!
Best set of tapes I have ever done. Fast with no time wasted. Will finish day 90 tomorrow & plan on doing again!!!!!! - posted by tammy on 4/28/2012
This Is Muscle Confusion, Muscle Building & Fat Shredding All In One...FAST!
Like all of the other comments, this is the best money spent on any DVD Disk Set. Not boring, just "get to the point...lets exercise, it's over". Get on with your business for the day. I highly recommend this set. For a "Faster Fat Shredder" (if you have no health, bone, or pain problems/issues) do the same workout on the calendar morning and evening, still taking your scheduled day off as the calendar says. You will not be disappointed, just "hot, tight, firm & lean". - posted by Leghi on 4/27/2012
Love it!
I started this program on January 10th and lost 20lbs by March 10th and that was only the end of the 2nd month! It does come with a nutrition plan (which I do not follow) but I do eat more fruits and veggies and less junk. The work-outs range from 20 to 35 minutes and they're over before you know it. The warm-ups and cool-downs are exactly the same for each video. I am so much stronger now since day one and feel and look so much better and can now do 98% of the videos without stopping! This is a great program and you will see results if you stick with it. - posted by Nakesha on 4/22/2012
Best home workout system
I have several exercise videos, and this is by far the most effective whole-body cardio system and best use of my time. Ten butt-kicking DVD plus a 90-day workout and healthy meal plan for $20 - what's not to love? - posted by Marie on 4/21/2012

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.
sample time graph
Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

Music only option
X
This feature allows you to play only the music, without any cuing (after you’ve learned the movements and you just want to do the workout without listening to the instruction).
Wide screen
X
The program fully fills a wide-screen television screen. Note: These videos will display black bars at the top and bottom on a traditional 4 x 3 ratio TV screen.
Region 1
X
This DVD is designed for US and Canadian DVD players. It will NOT play in most foreign country players.
Level
X
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Aerobics impact
X
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.

Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.

Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.

Aerobics choreography
X
Basic: The easiest to follow. It ranges from simple walking-style marches to sports and athletic movements.

Complex: More intricate combinations and patterns. They're ideal for people who like to dance.

Moderate: More interesting than Basic, less dancy than Complex.

Toning emphasis
X
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.

Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.

Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.

Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

Floor aerobics & toning
X
Definition: Includes two workout activities. The aerobics segments are fast-paced standing movements like marching, dancing and jumping. These segments require no equipment. The toning sections are slow, controlled movements working against a resistance. These may include Pilates and weight training.

Benefits: The combination of both activities provides a balanced workout. The aerobics burns calories, strengthens your heart and increases stamina. The toning builds lean muscles, increases your metabolism and makes everyday activities easier.
