This was the third Billy Blanks workout video I've tried and I didn't like this one either! Three strikes, you're out! I'm not even going to bother with any more of his videos. Simply the BEST Abs workout ever created!!
That is a HUGE statement for me to make, believe me! I have so many exercise videos, many that specifically target the abs and none of them comes CLOSE to this one!! Billy is the MASTER of effective standing ab work and with this workout I truly believe I will get my abs back. Listen carefully to his cues and instruction because performing these exercises correctly is vital to getting results. It took me a couple of practice sessions to really get my form down but once I did I seen results almost immediately!! WOW that was intense!

incredible
hard, interesting, fast-paced, inspiring, exhausting: this DVD is remarkable. First of all, I love Billy, so I don't care if he can't count. Secondly, I am not a beginner (solid inter-adv) and I wanted a challenge. This programme really delivers! I received this DVD just this week: tried it this morning, and just HAD to come here and post a positive review. LOTS of standing abs: harder than you would think! Best Abs video!
This video is a great alternative to endless crunches! The standing exercises really make your abs feel the burn, and the ending floorwork seals it all in for a total core workout! You get what you give
This is a very good abdominal video meant to compliment the aerobic and toning of Billy's other Tae Bo videos. Specifically targeted for the abs, it provides some targeted standing cardio to really twist and burn the fat off the midsection and some heavy duty floor ab exercises that are precise and effective. Billy is cueing and instructing you on proper form. He uses his daughter quite often as a clear example of proper form. She has the most excellent form and you can tell by her midsection that she does Tae Bo regularly. Tae Bo is a great system and Billy and Shelly and the rest of the Tae Bo team work well together. This is one of a great variety of videos within the Tae Bo system that will always keep you challenged. Like Billy says you will get back whatever effort that you put in to your exercise. My favorite Abs video!
This is a great, high-energy tape that WILL give you results if you do it regularly...As Billy rightfully mentions, stomach crunches do not slim your waist, they only strengthen the muscle. What really trims your waist are all of the standing exercises done in the video. I have a dozen or more ab-specific videos, and this is by far the best!!! - posted by Alissa on 9/7/2005

Reading a Time Graph

Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.
