Time graph for Tae Bo Billy's Blaster Ball Kit with Ball
You get a 25" stability ball plus a fast-paced, boot-camp-style toning workout. The workout smoothly blends Tae Bo with traditional body-sculpting routines. Billy uses the ball to maximize effectiveness while he constantly varies the movements to maximize motivation. The ball is used in nearly every possible position — sitting on it to do punches and jabs, straddling it to firm your inner thighs or lying on it to achieve full-range-of-motion ab curls (even bouncing on it for an energizing cardio-style warm-up). It’s all very well-cued and well-sequenced — precisely designed to work every muscle group. Note: even the ball is "bootcamp-style" -- it has camouflage coloring! Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. Kit includes the video, ball and a hand-operated ball pump. Sorry, not sold without ball. ©2006.

Great Workout Tiny Ball
I have been a Billy Blanks fan since his original workouts on VHS. Now that I workout every day I have looked for more options and variety. That is why I invested in this workout. I love the actual workout, I think its a great change with the weights and the use of the ball.. its a different kind of challenge especially the floor work.. lots of inner thigh work.. that is why I gave it four stars. My problem is with the size of the ball. I am 5'7 and found the ball that comes with the workout to be too small.. and when you do the workout you realize that they are not working out with such a small ball! The way that I got around this problem is I purchased a 29 1/2 inch ball.. I still love Billy but this was a disappointment especially after making an investment of $40 for one workout.. when all of his other sets come with multiple workouts. - posted by Elisa on 4/6/2008
Not my thing
I am still a devoted fan of Billy and the team, but unfortunately I did not enjoy this workout. I had so much trouble being stable on the ball than actually doing the workout. I think that stability balls are definitely not for me. I'll stick to the Get Amped series especially the new one that has just come out the Ultimate workout, now that one ROCKS!!!! - posted by C Doyley on 10/24/2007
Best video I own for stability ball. The music is awesome! keeps you pumped up and motivated. Great abs, arm, and back workout. - posted by Robby on 5/29/2007
..."Wonderful" and "Fun"...
I'm 60 and just love this workout! I already had a Stayball that has sand in it so I was so thankful that this ball didn't. I use my Stayball to sit on and use this ball for all the rest of the workout movements. This is a very fun and motivating workout and you'll definitely feel it the next day! This would be a very good choice for a gift. This is a 'must have' addition to any exercise program! - posted by jj j on 5/16/2007

GREAT BALL WORKOUT
I just got done doing this workout and totally recomend this workout. By doing the exercises on the ball it works your core muscles, improves your posture and works out your whole body. It's constant movement and your concentrating on the workout that before you know it your done. By working out on the ball you don't put a lot of stress on your joints. I felt engerized, find myself sitting straighter and my stomach muscles feel tight, at the end of the routine he also helps to motivate you to continue on and be the best person you can be, it's very uplifting, Also workout with Cathe Friedrick videos, so I plan to incorporate this workout into my exercise routine. It's a great workout at any age and I"m 57. - posted by PATRICIA on 4/10/2007
