Time graph for Tae Bo Kicks for Kids
A genuine Tae Bo workout specially created for 5 to 11-year-olds. The fast-paced moves are all classic Tae Bo, just slightly simplified to match your child’s abilities (and attention span). Billy makes it both fun and easy-to-follow (e.g. he tells them to “move like a windmill” during the speed bag routines). And his interactive approach is also very child-motivating — the kids love it when he shouts out a compliment or personally works one-on-one with an exerciser. Features a diverse group of all-sizes-and-shapes children. ©2005.

Tae Bo Kicks for Kids

Love It!!!!
i have been trying to find ways of motivating my son to become more active. We go for jogs, do yoga, etc., but this is by far our favorite thing to do. I have been a fitness instructor for years, and I was very surprised by the quality of this workout. This is certainly not your average childrens' fitness video. Not only does it demonstrate good sound exercises, but Billy even touches on overcoming challenges and the hard work that is necessary to do so. I think that this video would not only help in improving a child's fitness level, but also one's self esteem. - posted by Veronica on 9/23/2009
My daughter loves this!
My daughter is now 7 and has been doing this workout for awhile. She loves this and does the entire thing! I love that Billy made this for kids. It is great to get them into good exercise habits early and this one delivers. I hope he makes more! - posted by Jill Sherry on 8/29/2009
Great video!
My five year old granddaughter and I love this video. It's a wonderful family experience. - posted by Sue on 8/16/2009
Great workout that actually works them out.
Kids have a lot of energy and from what I've seen of kids exercise videos, it is hard to find ones that actually harness that energy. This one is great. Billy really works them and challenges their muscles without going overboard. My kids actually feel this workout in a good way. When the weather is bad for too long and cabin fever starts setting in, this one really helps give my kids (ages 6 and 10) a way to expend some of that couped up energy. They love all exercise videos, but as a mother, this one is the best for them that I've found. - posted by Brigitte on 12/19/2008
Loved by my four year old!!
My four year old daughter had been asking me to get her an exercise dvd of her own. I purchases this one and a few others, and this is by far her favorite. In the month that we've owned it, she's done it at least six or seven times - when I offer the other ones (of which she has tried each one once), she always asks for this one instead. She is able to do pretty much all of the moves just like they are done on the video, none are too complicated for her, and she has a blast doing them! Great for rainy days - or days that are far too hot to head outside until the evening, like we get a lot of here in south Texas! - posted by Nicole on 9/27/2008
New workout
Although I'm not a kid, I'm seriously considering buying this for myself, not only my kids. I'm really out of shape and even my Pilates is a little too tough for me! - posted by Shannon on 3/2/2008

my son loves billy
My six year old son is a huge fan of this workout dvd and of Billy. This was the only workout dvd that kept his attention and he'll even put it on his own. - posted by nikki on 9/7/2006
Great Workout
My 6-year old son likes doing this routine. I get a decent workout too despite being an intermediate to advanced exerciser. It is something we both can enjoy doing. - posted by vli1127 on 8/28/2006
Nice workout for adults, too!
I bought this DVD for my sons, age 2 and 3. They enjoy it for about 5 minutes, then decide to start doing other things around the house. I do the workout while they are running around. It is great and easy to follow. Can't wait until my kids are older so that they will finally pay attention to the whole video. - posted by Leslie on 6/27/2005
This tape is great
My seven-year old son plays soccer and tee-ball, but is a little soft in the middle. We have been kicking the soccer ball and walking when it's nice out, but we needed something to do inside when the weather is uncooperative and this tape fit the bill! He really likes to do it! He can follow the moves pretty well and his form gets better each time we do it! I love that he can work his core wihtout doing crunches! Billy is also really motivating and seems good with the kids. - posted by Janey on 6/13/2005

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
