Time graph for Tamilee Webb's Abs, Abs, Abs
Seven different abdominal programs — Tamilee’s all-time favorite ab workouts re-edited from her earlier productions. The variety is super-motivating. Each day of the week, you get different moves, styles and settings. The moves range from classic curls and crunches to newer rotational, balance and Pilates routines. Mostly floorwork, Tamilee also includes standing, kneeling and seated exercises. The cuing is friendly and easy to follow (and Tamilee’s own toned abs are truly inspirational). One workout requires 1 to 3 lb. dumbbells. ©2008. Original copyright: 2001-2007. DVD has: Chapter menus.

Like It
I bought this at the same time I bought Cathe Abs. Interestingly, I like this one better. Her exercises are different on each segment and she really gets it done in a relatively short period of time. I feel I get more out of 10 minutes with TW. - posted by Linda on 6/19/2009
It's all about Abs
Tamilee is an excellent and knowledgeable instructor. Each segment on this video is well paced and focused for abs results. - posted by Donna on 6/7/2009
tough!
This has Tami's best ab workouts all on one DVD, I'm thrilled to have this! Tami is the only person who will make my abs sore for days following one of her ab workouts. The thing I don't like is how cheaply this dvd was made. First it doesn't come in a DVD case so I can't stand it up next to all my other workouts. Then the other annoying thing is that in the menu section there's no preview photo of each workout. You have to guess from memory which workout is which. I also have Denise Austin: Best Belly Fat-Blasters and it has a photo clip for each chapter so I know that workout was outside or this or that so I know which one I want to do without having to play each one. I remember the scene from the workout, not necessarily the workout name. So I had to take one star off my review for these annoyances. - posted by Anna on 5/28/2009

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
