Certified instructor description: It blends familiar “Buns of Steel” body-sculpting with newer Pilates and balance routines (Tamilee was the original “Buns” star). While each segment focuses on a specific muscle group, they often double their effectiveness by working another body part at the same time (e.g. engaging your lower body as you tone your abs). The fast-paced buns segment is all-standing; it uses a step to precisely target your buttocks. The ab section is pure floorwork — classic bicycles, bridges and curls. The upper- body routines include balance and core exercises. Tamilee’s one-on-one cuing is clear and encouraging (“if you can’t go this high, that’s okay”). Each segment can be programmed to play in any order. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. DVD includes a bonus all-standing yoga workout by Stacy McCarthy (e.g. warrior, triangle). ©2007. Tamilee Webb's Best Buns, Abs & Arms

A Go-To Video When Short On Time
This is a go-to video when I'm short on time. Tamilee covers all the areas in short but intense workouts. Excellent cuing and information. She's friendly and motivating. Don't let the "i" dotted with a heart fool you. She gets down to business. Advanced will have to use weights to increase level of difficulty. - posted by Lisa on 6/21/2010
Be ready to work out!!
this work out is great for focusing in this parts of your body. My body feels more toned and firm and I've only been using it for the last 3 weeks of course I do my cardio too, but I've noticed the difference in my body! - posted by Julieth on 2/26/2009
THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, I just want to say that Tamilee is the BEST! YOU will Get Results! She is friendly and she is great at providing instructions. Not boring at all. I love this workout. I lost over 20 pounds using this video combined with 3 mile cardio (Lesles Sansone). If you feel like this is too much I would recommend I want that Body with Tamilee. You will not be disappointed :) - posted by Mary on 1/19/2009
Love Tamilee
I don't think anyone could not love Tamilee. What an inspiration she is to all of us who are no longer in our 20's (or older :0) ). Both of her "best of" workouts are great. They really work you out!! While you are doing them they don't seem so hard. The next two days you feel it everywhere!! I love too that she is always so polite. That sure is a lost art. - posted by Lori on 9/13/2008
First of many Tamilee workouts
I'm new to the world of fitness DVDs, and this was one of the first ones I got and my first Tamilee. I'm so glad that I found this DVD. I now have 6 Tamilee DVDs, and she's my favorite instructor for strength training. I love the 15 minute segments and her great personality. She is down to earth and silly at times yet very knowledgeable about fitness. The arm segment is my favorite. I think her combinations make it so much fun. The ab segment is also great. And the buns segment seems very effective, but I have to say it is kinda hard! I usually do her lower body workouts on her other DVDs, but this one is still a great challenge! - posted by Susan on 7/13/2008
Effective Workout
I loved it! Tamilee is so personable and real and friendly, its easy working out with her. Each section was right to the point without wasting any time and the exercises were very effective. I could really feel each body part after I had worked it and know I will see results. A great addition to your workout regime. - posted by Shelley on 5/2/2008
You will see results!!!!
This is a tough but doable workout! The buns and abs section is great! You will definitely get a workout from this DVD. - posted by Lisa on 1/28/2008

GREAT!
This is her best tape in a few years. The buns workout is really difficult. The stomach and arms are her better moves, but not quite as tough as the buns segment. I really like how you can do it all together or choose your segments without having to return to the title screen. I am not a yoga fan, but I did really appreciate the segment on this tape. The cueing was fantastic. - posted by Kristen on 1/7/2008
OK, but . . .
The workouts on this DVD were OK, but nothing special. Since I already have Tamilee's I Want That Body plus her Tight on Time workouts, I didn't find much new in these workouts. The added yoga section was really slow and boring. I admit that I'm not a yoga person, but there are some yoga workouts that I like, and this was nowhere near anything that I would ever like. If you really like Tamilee, especially if you don't have many of her other workouts, these would probably be fine for you, especially if you like yoga and would also get something out of the yoga section. - posted by Barbara on 1/6/2008
Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
