Tamilee Webb's Fit to the Hits - Motown Moves |
    Easy but Fun |
| I'm an experienced exerciser and would not normally do an easy workout like this one. However, it is so much fun because the music is so motivating (a serious element that a lot of instructors and DVD producers underestimate), that I love to do it from time to time, but I add extra impact, hops or jumps whereever it's practical. Sometimes, I wear ancle and wrist weights to make it more challenging. I recommend it. - posted by dusty on 6/30/2008 |

    Favorite! |
| I keep coming back to this video. I now know the routines so well now that I enjoy doing it without Tami's voice and just the music which is an option in the menu. Although I have a big library of exercise DVDs and tapes this one is a staple for me. It's a half hour has some fun songs gives me a quick upbeat work out without getting wiped out. There is also a good cardio blast option in the menu too which is about 15 minutes to ad some toning if you have time and a set of weights handy. That part works on strengthening your core and improving balance which gets lots of smaller muscle groups, it's a sample from Tamilee's other DVDs. Tamilee is so great, professional perfect cuing without being overly perky. Thank you Tamilee! - posted by MacPherson on 2/15/2008 |

Great Intro to Dance Fitness |
| When I first started doing this workout, I had about seven years of step aerobics behind me. I was eager to try something new, and I ended up doing Movin' to Motown nearly every day for a whole summer. Working out to familiar tunes like "This Old Heart of Mine" is much more fun than just trying to catch up with an impersonal beat. I love the Diana Ross-inspired warm-up. The rest of the choreography is not specifically "Motown": I feel like it's an aerobics class with elements of ballet and jazz mixed in. The best part is that Tamilee encourages us to incorporate our own dance style into the movement--for me, even though I'm more dorky than stylish, I have fun and get a really good workout. After I mastered Movin' to Motown and tried out similar videos, I found that Tamilee had provided me with an excellent foundation for dance fitness. - posted by Elena on 9/16/2007 |

    Great for Beginners! |
| I just did this video today for the first time. I am at a beginner level after being on an exercise strike for a few years. A few parts of the workout were very tough for me, but it was fun and I made it all the way through. - posted by Tracy on 4/30/2007 |

| Great! |
| For those of us who are exercise-challenged this is a true gem. My BMI is about 35 and this definitely gets me working, but I can always get through it and it's FUN. I have extremely limited space and I only had to modify two moves to make them fit and they were easy to modify; I did have to modify two others though to make them work on carpet! I do not find Tamilee irritating, rather I find the upbeat songs and smiling girls help me stay motivated to get through it. A definite keeper. - posted by Kelly on 12/14/2006 |

| Fun! |
| I was quite surprised that my heart rate was up and I was sweating a bit throughout the entire workout. It looked too easy and I thought I wouldn't get a decent workout. The workout was really fun and I liked the moves alot. I like being able to mute Tamilee because it's not necessary to listen to her cues after the first time. I really enjoyed this workout and I recommend it. - posted by Leeya on 12/8/2005 |

| SO MUCH FUN! |
| I did this workout for the first time tonight and WOW, I'm so glad I did! I have not had this much fun working out in ages. I absolutely love dance workouts, and this one is certainly a winner. Keep em coming, Tamilee! :) - posted by Tammy on 7/12/2005 |

| Great Video |
| This one's definitely a keeper. I love all the girls with their different styles and Tamilee's encouraging you to get into it yourself. The moves are fun; I was very frustrated the first time I did it because I couldn't pick them up but by the third time I had every one down. This is a great video because depending on what you put into it, how "in" to the moves you get you can make it easier or harder depending on your energy level. The only complaint I have is that I don't have quite enough room to do some of the moves, and the twists are hard to accomplish on a carpeted floor. I'm a beginner, and this makes me sweat and pant--probably why it's rated for beginners, guys. - posted by Kelly on 4/24/2005 |

| I am having a blast working out!! |
| The moves are a little complicated. It takes several times doing it to get it. I find that everytime I do it I get better and I have even more fun!! It really makes me sweat too! I seem to get a great fat burning workout without even realizing it. You tend to concentrate on the moves rather then the discomfort of exercising!! - posted by Cindy on 4/6/2005 |

| Ugh! Do I have 2 left feet |
| This LOOKS so much fun to do... but it would be much easier to catch on to if Tamilee would first teach the moves with her back to us. Actually, it would be nice if ALL beginner dance workouts began that way. I think I'm pretty average in my everyday dance skills..but I got so stinken frustrated with her perky "isn't this easy and fun" as she hops skips and pivots while I was tripping over my feet! I will not give up and I will master this workout but holy cow, for the sake of all of us who are not Ginger Rogers, PLEASE put out some dance workouts that have SLOW and CLEAR instruction. - posted by Rene' on 3/29/2005 |
