Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body |
    EXCELLENT!!! |
| I am 61 years old now, and I have been through the original Firm tapes, Kathy Smith tapes/DVDS, and Tamilee Webb. Tamilee is a great instructor, and I find her instructions very comfortable for what I wish to accomplish. I have every tape/DVD she has ever made. I am looking forward to keeping my buns lifted and thighs tight and toned for as long as I can. Way to go Tamilee, you never let me down! - posted by Daisy on 10/21/2009 |

    Great |
| I wanted a work out with weights dvd and this is fab. Tamilee knows her stuff and I felt like I was getting a great work out with a personal trainer. Great cue-ing and easy on the ears music. The next day I felt muscles I had forgotten - this is great for beginners and advanced alike. I add 2 15 min segments on after I have done an aerobic work out to round of my daily exercise routine. - posted by Sarah on 4/7/2009 |

    Tried and True! |
| I workout regularly and consider myself to be in the intermediate to advanced category. I am an avid runner, mountain biker, hiker ...I am picky when it comes to my workouts and I don't want to waste any time on workouts/videos that aren't effective. I must say that I have had this video for years and it WORKS! The video is divided up into segments, so it's easy to fit in a good workout if you only have a short amount of time (which is critical if you have young children)---but you can also complete all of the segments if you want a great total body workout. I had put this one on the back shelf for a while and recently pulled it out again--I'm not one to write reviews, but this video has been my savior in getting me back in shape after childbirth, broken bones, you name it! I can't say enough about how great this video is--I highly recommend it! - posted by Kim on 4/6/2009 |

    My FAVORITE!! |
| Tamilee is absolutely my favorite instructor and this video does not disappoint. Her cueing is superb and her routines are very easy to follow. I would highly recommend this video to anyone seeking an effective workout without a lot of equipment. - posted by Lisa on 2/3/2009 |

    Back to Basics |
| At 57 years young, I have purchased almost every workout by every instructor over the years. I also became a certified instructor at the age of 51. Today I went into my archive of dvds and yes, videos. I came across this dvd, and decided to use it. Just a few hours later, I can tell that I am going to feel that wonderful muscle soreness any minute now. Tamilee's moves are very basic, but like myself, she has been at it for a long time, and she knows what works. Perfect form and the correct amount of weight makes for a perfectly acceptable workout. I am going to keep this one within reach again...sorry that I have dissed you lately, Tamilee!!! - posted by Barbara on 1/31/2009 |

    I'm returning it! |
| Tamilee has always been one of my favorite instructors but I was disappointed with this one. The abs workouts are great, but I found the buns and arms very repetitive. The entire first program on arms consists of three exercises, done repetitively in sequence. The buns routine is primarily squats and lunges, which is not only tedious but difficult if you have any knee problems. Overall, I'd rate this one her worst! - posted by Jacklyn on 9/29/2008 |

    very effective |
| I had the earlier version on VHS (buns & abs only) and had to get the DVD. I love this workout. She doesn't cut you any slack on the lower body portion. Lower workout #1 seems tougher than lower #2 to me and my heart rate feels like running sprints. Jury is still out on the arms section-- she goes through the whole workout using 5 lb weights which is ridiculous. I have to keep 3 sets of weights and switch them fast for each different exercise. It does not seem in the same ballpark as the abs/buns. However, she did have a new arm exercise that I had not seen before. One benefit of doing the lower body workout and getting that extra strength, is that you can just float up stairs and hills without feeling it! But the first time I did the lower body part, I could hardly walk for 2 days-- and I am used to hiking and doing step aerobics! The abs section is good also. I have Jari Love's workouts but this seems tougher because you don't get to stop and rest. Jari is probably better for all-over body toning but when I want to focus on specific body parts, I get out this DVD. - posted by Cathy on 7/16/2008 |

This is a regular in my rotation |
| I promise you there are few ab workouts out there you are going to feel as much as this one. I love the arm and bun sections of this excellent DVD as well, but the ab stuff is AMAZING1 I really like her style of instruction as well, very clear and professional , but there is a lightness and fun element to her as well. I totally agree with the reviewer below who calls this a "must have for any collection". Love it! - posted by lciaravi on 6/5/2008 |

A must have for any collection! |
| I've had this video for years, and it's my 'go to' when I want solid lower body toning (and no floor work), and solid abs. The upper body workouts are not much to write home about, but the abs and lower body workouts are worth the price of admission. I wish Tamilee (or someone) would make more like "I Want That Body" - posted by nana on 4/18/2008 |

    Fantastic! |
| I thought this video was excellent!! I highly recommend it for any level. I'm very surprised that it was labeled beginner/intermediate because I think it should definitely be labeled intermediate or intermediate/advanced. I'm an advanced exerciser who wanted to try something different so I used 8 or 10 pounds weights with this workout and really felt it. I don't understand the imbalanced comment because there are 30 minutes of each section, abs, buns, arms and the arms section is all upper body. Tamilee is informative, clear and knowledgable and she looks fantastic! I think this is very effective, especially if you do both of the 15 minute sections per body part! - posted by Shelley on 4/16/2008 |
