    Delivers what it advertises |
| I enjoyed the workout. The set was colorful. Tamilee has great cueing/instruction. I like the fact that it is split up into portions, so you feel as if you are working each muscle group effectively. I like Tamilee's sense of humor. She is down to earth and friendly....without being annoying. I really appreciate that she is still making videos. It makes someone like me (in her 40's) feel as if I can achieve my weight loss goals.     Fun and Quick |
| This is a great video. I love that you can just click right into the workout with out having to do a warm up if necessary. I sometimes walk and then want to do some quick toning afterward - this is great for that. Her moves are very efficient and challenging.     Fantastic alternate day work out |
| I love the Tight On Time series. The countdown in the corner of the screen is motivation and so is Tamilee. I have 1/2 dozen of Tamilee Webb's DVD's so I am a huge fan. She cues really well and doesn't have an annoying high pitched screaming at you voice which is why there are several other instructional DVD's I just can't buy. Yay Collage for the previews!     Not her best |

    great workout, instructor a bit annoying |
| I do this workout about every other day. The moves are very effective and I've definitely seen results. The only thing is, sometimes Tamilee gets a little annoying, especially on the arm segment - she lectures "your abs are your CORE!!" about five or six times in ten minutes - I have to hit the mute button to do the workout. We get it, Tamilee. Anyone who has been working out very long knows about the core. I like her otherwise, and I'm very impressed that she is still so fit at 40 something - it's inspiring, since I just turned 40 myself.     Good for busy moms! |
| I'm a busy working mom of 2, consider myself an intermediate level exerciser and this video is a great supplement. You definitely will feel the burn the next day and it's amazing because you are only doing 10 min. segments. Tamilee is nice and pleasant but a no nonsense instructor. This is a good video to augment with an aerobics only video. I'm sure by doing this I will see results. There is a bonus on this that is total body sculpting with rubber tubing. Wow! You really feel that one in your legs. That is a good workout because it helps to strengthen your legs without being too hard on your knees. There are a few lunges and squats, but it's not too bad if you modify by not going down all the way. You will still feel the burn I highly recommend! - posted by Denise on 5/2/2008 |

    Quick and effective |
| This video is pretty much a perfect toning video. I really like the clock on the bottom and I like how it is split up so you can easily do one or two parts or the whole thing. The ab section is great. I usually hate ab exercises but these aren't so bad and boy did I feel it the next day. You can't go wrong with this video. - posted by Pamela on 4/24/2008 |

    Love the Combination Moves |
| I just got Tight on Time Hot Spots and tried it yesterday. I am feeling it today! I love how Tamilee takes tried and true moves and changes them up by using upper and lower body together with a twist.
