Certified instructor description: Two well-produced workouts set on a tranquil Jamaican beach — as the waves lap in the background, you’re one-on-one relaxing and stretching your entire body. "Total Body Stretch" includes three separate stretch styles: standing, seated-in-a-chair and lying. You’ll stretch every muscle from multiple positions and angles. The second program, "Stretch for Flexibility," features a flowing mixture of varied stretches. They’re designed to lengthen your muscles, increase flexibility and open your joints. The series ends with a soothing visualization relaxation segment. Tamilee has a down-to-earth attitude that makes it easy to follow and fun. Quiet music. ©2000. DVD has: Chapter menus, Music only option.

Tamilee Webb's Total Stretch

Just What The Doctor Ordered
We are older with muscle problems (no Doctor can really identify what it is), but we've been told that we needed muscle lengthening, joint loosening, and more flexibility. A lot of the stretches are what our Doctor told us to do regularly. We didn't want to go out somewhere and join something strange and expensive - we needed "conventional exercises" that we can do at home very conveniently. Its a big plus to have the separate 10 minute segments (standing, chair, and floor). The exercises are simple yet extremely effective. You have our blessings! - posted by Mr. and Mrs. Bunny on 12/6/2011
Great Stretch
This is a fantastic video. A great stretch for everyone. Yoga is too difficult for me. This allows me to stretch my muscles and relax. - posted by Mo on 10/20/2011
Instructive, calming, hits all groups
This is a beginner's stretch, but that doesn't mean it's not effective. I like that it has standing, sitting, and floor stretches grouped separately so that you can choose to do one group at a time or all three. - posted by Deanna on 9/8/2011
nice relaxing stretch
Since I have trouble with yoga due to knee issues, I really like the fact that I can enjoy stretching and get more flexible with this video - posted by michele on 8/11/2011
great full body stretch
This is a really great stretch routine. I actually use Jari Love often and always try to do this video afterwards. When I do finish the stretching afterwards I don't feel sore the next day (which is amazing because Jari's workouts are very difficult for me). When I don't, my body is very tired and sore and I don't want to get out of bed. High recommended for those who do intense workouts and the 5 min. cool-downs at the end don't cut it. - posted by K. total stretch is good
Video is easy to follow and gives you a good stretch, very helpful for a 50+ person! - posted by sue on 5/26/2011
Great for beginners and all who exercise
Easy to follow. And gives great results. It is simply stretching. I do this one often before or after workout. - posted by Jennifer on 5/12/2011
great stretching video
Really like the video, especially the 30 minute stretch. There are 3 - 10 minute stretches (one standing, one sitting and one on the floor) and a 30 minute video too! Great value. I really feel the stretches especially in my hips (which is where I'm really tight and need to get more flexible). I think that anyone can do these stretch segments and get benefit out of it. - posted by Connie on 5/5/2011
Great stretching video
I am enjoying the video. I feel like it delivered what it said it would. It is very scenic and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this to anyone feeling the need to increase their flexibility. - posted by Anita on 4/12/2011
Favorite Stretch Video
This is my all-time favorite stretch video. It hits all body parts and moves at a nice pace. Tamilee is great at instructing and the overall tone of the video is relaxing and calming. No matter how many others I try, I always come back to this one! - posted by Christie on 4/4/2011

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

Chapter menus
X
You can play only the individual workout segments you want by picking them off a chapter menu (one at a time).
Music only option
X
This feature allows you to play only the music, without any cuing (after you’ve learned the movements and you just want to do the workout without listening to the instruction).
