Certified instructor description: A diverse mix of dance and fitness moves led by five Firm master instructors. Like all Firms, the cuing is clear and precise, but the mood is a little less “serious” than most Firms (like a true party, these exercisers are moving to the music and having fun). Each instructor teaches her favorite style — from athletic to kickbox, from Latin to funk. One minute you’re doing sexy hip rolls or choreographed cha chas, the next you’re doing high-intensity jacks or lunge-repeater-pulses. It’s all designed to raise your heart rate and keep you burning fat. Led by Allie DelRio, Alison Davis-McLain, Annie Lee, Emily Welsh and Rebekah Sturkie. Note: DVD previously released in the Firm’s “TransFirmation” kit. ©2007. DVD has: Spanish option.

The Firm: Cardio Party

I liked it!
It is about time the Firm came out with an all cardio-besides the two dance workouts-that is not awt. This was fun and has a lot of variety. 5 instructors with different routines. I love Alison and Rebekah's and Annie's the best! - posted by Tracy AZ Gal on 8/8/2011
The Firm Cardio party
I'm older and enjoyed this tape. A bit hard for me at first but stuck with it and it is now my new favorite tape. - posted by Elizabeth on 6/30/2011
Pretty Good
I actually like this workout. I do it when I don't want a super tough cardio workout. The time goes by fast. I wish it was longer. The only section I don't really care for is Annie's. Too much marching in between moves. Other than that, I like it. - posted by Angie on 5/19/2011
Great Workout!
I really liked this DVD. I found it to be very intense. I broke a sweat and my heart rate was up the entire workout. I don't understand the negative comments either. I thought it had a lot of variety, really enjoyed the change in instructors and enjoyed the all cardio aspect. one of my favorites! - posted by Charlotte on 7/10/2010
Pass the CHEESE please
Very cheesy workout. Has a segment exactly the same as another workout. Fiesta is silly. I threw this one away. Skip It! - posted by Jill on 6/17/2010
FUN FUN FUN!
I wish I had known about this video before. This is a fun workout (no weights) just cardio but they keep you moving and in no time you're breaking a hard sweat. The rotation of the girls make it really fun. This is definitely one of their best! - posted by Jacqui on 4/22/2010
Very funny dvd
Hi there,I must tell you that I am 32 y.o. and I am Italian, in a quite good shape and intermediate fitness level. About this dvd, I like it very very much. Instructors are great, the movements are funny and shaping, music very strong and nice. The segments that I love more are those of Rebekah, Emily and Allie. The last one (that lead by Allie) is a sort of fiesta and very funny! Cosetta - posted by Cosetta on 4/21/2010
Loved IT!
I thought it was a BLAST! I am into Jari Love these days and I needed just a straight cardio video when I am not lifting. Walking tapes bore me and move to slow. This one moves fast and is fun. Great for days when you just need some cardio and don't feel like "Walk, Walk, Walk"... - posted by SistaDiva2001 on 2/1/2010
Fun, Fun, Fun !!!
I can,t believe all the negative reviews on this workout, but I say to each his own. I personally LOVE IT !!! I love the fact that each section is led by a different instructor, so you get a taste of each instructors styles. All of my favorite instructors are there to lead me through an invigorating and fun workout. I do have to admit, Annie's portion was a little slow, but I just compensated by putting in plyos and upped the cardio. This workout went so fast because it was so much fun...I love this workout for a quick pick me up in the morning or if I just don't want to focus on anything intense...I LOVE this workout and am glad it came as a bonus...This is definitely a keeper... - posted by Jordan on 1/31/2010
I somewhat liked it Best for beginners
I liked it since I was more of a beginner and very overweight, yes it does seem to slow down towards the end but again it seems more for beginners and seems to be great to learn as your first Firm DVD so the other DVDs from the firm seem easier to grasp. - posted by Celeste on 1/19/2010

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
