| This video is a keeper! I love the music, I love the moves. It's easy to follow and I get a good sweat. The gloves are a big bonus. They are easy to put on and I use them with other workouts.     Love the gloves; hated the 20-minute video |
| The gloves are great! I use them with all my videos for that extra upper-body bump. However, the 20-minute video was terrible; it was basically an advertisement for a new line of Firm videos. The ad section went on for a long time! And the short workout itself was no big whoop. First, it wasn't long enough. Second, it was kind of exhausting without actually offering sustained effort.     Weighted Cardio Gloves Workout |
| Just did this workout again last night. It's short (under 30 minutes) but I was pretty soaked when I got done. There's a good mix of cardio with the use of the weights and this workout does manage to work all muscle groups like standing abs. I now use the weighted gloves to do other workouts, too, and enjoy the variety this workout offers. I have about 20 "The Firm" workouts and enjoy them all! - posted by Becky on 5/26/2011 |

    Good for an add-on... |

    Way to short....... |
| This is a great workout. The gloves are kind of big but if you turn them around you can use them better. Also it is a bit short and would of enjoyed more if it was longer. Other than that it was good. - posted by Cindy on 5/5/2011 |

    A bit disappointing...but a sound enough short workout |
| I have several Firm dvds, and generally like Rebekah, who is a clear, friendly instructor. I was disappointed with this, though, for two reasons. First, I thought there would be more actual kick boxing in the workout, whereas it was more a general cardio workout. Second, I found that after only three weeks of use, the weighted gloves that came with it started to 'leak' their filling. I don't know if anyone else has had that problem; it could just be a one-off. As a short cardio workout, this is a sound product, but buyers should be aware of its limitations. - posted by Susan on 5/4/2011 |

    Not To Bad for 20mins !! |
| I have close to a dozen Firm videos and MOST of them end up being to dancy for me, an almost cheerleader rountine feel to them. THIS WORKOUT didn't seem to be to dancy to me BUT I will say sometimes she moved way to fast to me, I realize they're going after the calorie burn effect so in those cases I just modified a little and still got a great workout. I actually like the weighted gloves, I have others but I found myself using these gloves with other workouts, another plus. Think I might try out some of The Firm other newer shorter videos since I am really getting into combining 20 and 30 minute workouts, keeps things interesting for me. - posted by Tasha on 4/28/2011 |

    Good little workout |
| I am a very busy mom and this is one of my favorite workouts to use when I am short on time. (And I have about 200 workouts so I have many to choose from.) I am liking Rebekah more and more as an instructor. She does whoop quite a bit (in all her offerings) but I don't mind it. I agree with the previous reviewer that the gloves aren't used how you'd think. I was expecting more punches, etc., but they are really just to add resistance. The bulk of the workout is cardio, followed by a few minutes of standing toning then plank work, all of which I could've done without in favor of pure cardio. All said I like this workout and use it on a weekly basis. I find the gloves a little big for me (I am smallish to medium-sized) and they slip around a lot. - posted by Melissa on 4/27/2011 |

    Not a bad workout! |
| This is a fun workout with Rebekah, but needed to have more use of the gloves! I thought there would be a lot more punching, kickboxing moves to really throw the gloves around, but this is not the case. They should revisit this one and get a new workout choreographed that really makes use of the gloves in a more "natural" motion or put them into play more often. - posted by Kim on 4/21/2011 |

    If your hands are small... |
| If your hands are small, put the gloves on backwards. I bought these to use with Kelly Coffey-Meyer's discs, and that's usually when I use them. They work well as long as I put them on so I can hold the padding in my palms. Otherwise, even adjusting them as tight as I can, they slip around too much to be comfortable. The disc that comes with them is a nice short workout for when you're in a hurry, but I don't use it regularly. - posted by Cecile on 4/7/2011 |
