Xen Strength Yoga with Danielle Diamond |
    She's the REAL DEAL! |
| I have worked with Danielle Diamond in person and I can tell you that every amazing thing you believe about her from watching her DVDs is true! As a busy women, I love that she breaks the workout segments into 3- 20 mins segments. I now really have no excuse not to work out! If you are looking for a way to feel better that also allows some flexibility with using weights and yoga, this is for you. - posted by Kendrick on 3/5/2012 |

    New Favorite Workout! |
| I am a workout snob - won't do it if I don't love it AND see results! Danielle gives clear direction that is easy to follow without being slow and boring. I love the speed and the fact that I can do a 28 minute chunk or I can do an hour workout! Love love love. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a kick butt workout. - posted by Briana on 2/28/2012 |

    Clear and effective. |
| I have a bunch of yoga and fitness DVDs already, and got Xen Strength as a gift. I chose to try it out as there was an option to do a 20 minute segment, which pretty much is all I have in me most days. Danielle's video immediately struck me as different, not only because the addition of weights in my yoga practice, but because of the clarity of instruction and unobtrusive look of the video. It made me realize so many other videos I have are either borderline cheesy and keep me from coming back for more, or over produced and make me more crazy than calm. I've only tried the practice 3 times so far (3, 20 minute segments) but I am quite impressed and I can feel the difference, sure in my arms but surprisingly in my core. This is an unassuming but clear and effective DVD. 5 stars! - posted by Jennifer on 2/28/2012 |

    Good Combo Routine |
| This video is easy to follow and fun to do. I've been doing yoga and pilates for many years and wanted something to incorporate weight training into my routine. This video combines yoga and weight training in a simple format. It can be broken down into 3 20 minute routines or any combination. I find that very helpful. I walk 1 1/2 hours a day and don't usually want to spend another hour on an in home routine. This lets me customize what I want. - posted by Nina on 2/16/2012 |

    Interesting work out |
| Gives an overabundance of instructions. Talks very fast. Had to do the dvd three times before I understood her. The workout is good and strong and different. Presentation needs improvement. If you want to do weights with yoga, this is for you. - posted by Christine on 2/16/2012 |

    Fantastic |
| I found this workout to be very challenging. I work out 7 days a week for at least an hour and choose workouts that are advanced. I have also done yoga for the past 19 years, but this DVD was tough. I used 5 pound weights and my arms were on fire. I found that odd since most of my other DVD's I'm using 15 pound weights most of the time. I think it's the twisting moves and other yoga moves that make it difficult to do with weights. This workout is powerful and will benefit your body in so many ways. So happy I got this one. - posted by Shelley on 2/2/2012 |

Unique twist on yoga- GREAT workout! |
| I tried yoga a few years ago, but never went back because i felt like it was a waste of time. However, my doc told me I need to stretch as a runner. I am so happy I found Xen Strength because it is a great workout that stretches all the major muscles that get tight when I run. The instructor is the perfect combination of fun and informative- like your girlfriend encouraging you to push yourself a bit harder with a smile. I wasn't used to an all white background, but it actually is less distracting so I can focus just on her.. about the cuing- she gives great instruction, but doesn't mirror- you know if she is on the right leg then you do the right leg- not really a big deal. I will definitely do this every week to balance out my running and crosstrain. - posted by jennifer on 1/27/2012 |

    Time-saving Yoga Challenge |
| I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years and needed something different than my usual vinyasa class. I tried other dvds but they are all the same- Xen Strength Yoga is truly unique from anything I’ve ever seen- a real challenging workout with a great flexibility element added.. I also really like how each segment can be done on it’s own and you feel like it’s enough of a 20 minute workout. I will be going back to this again and again! - posted by leona on 1/27/2012 |

    I LOVE this video! |
| I tried this video yesterday and LOVE IT! I have never been a huge fan of yoga because I felt like I needed to work out after- but not with this video! The addition of weights to a fun vinyasa flow had my heart rate up in no time, and I was sore today from even using 4 pound weights. I think the instructor gave great alignment instruction and cueing- but she wasn’t mirroring if you are used to that. I must say that the white background was different than other videos, but I actually wound up liking it because there was nothing else going on to distract me. I will def keep this one in my workout rotation! - posted by ellie on 1/27/2012 |

    IT's GOOD |
| I liked the workout especially the weights...I only gave 2 stars because like the person who mentioned the white background, I TOTALLY AGREE...I just can't stand a white background, so so boring....Too bad because the workout is good. Don't know if I am going to keep this one! - posted by Michelle on 1/11/2012 |
