Where to start.. If you like detailed instruction during yoga this is under that headline. I enjoy being able to feel and be in the pose instead of constantly being spoken too. Her voice gets very distracting. Also, if you have weak wrists like me, this video is not for you. In my opinion, this video will be on my shelf collecting dust.. - posted by sam on 3/28/2013
Pretty challenging, but the instruction may get old
I am already in pretty good shape and have had a hard time finding a yoga DVD that is challenging enough that I feel I got a good workout. This one is pretty challenging, and did make me sweat. There is a lot of "play-by-play" instruction which was great the first time I did it but I have a feeling it may get old as I get more familiar with the DVD. Not Sure

Very good advance yoga dvd
I have done this 10 times as of today.Really like the routine.It does move fast, but has sections in between that are slower to catch your breath and get ready for the next section.The instructor explains every move and there are a lot of sun salutations.It gets the heart up and you do sweat. I enjoy doing yoga,and pushing myself beyond what I think I can accomplish. Hope yogaworks do more advanced dvd's in the future. - posted by Betsey on 12/24/2010

I can only give this 5 stars, that's as high as the rating stars go...a great challenge, great instructor, a modifier if needed. I cannot do this daily, which is exactly what I wanted...something yoga based, yet challenging enough to leave me sore. yoga that's aerobic too

its just enough.
I really love this workout. It is repetitive, but it incorporates faster paced transitions that really help you feel the yoga doing what is supposed to. I do it everyday while the baby I nanny for takes her nap. My butt looks great! haha :) - posted by alexthenanny on 4/14/2010

Reading a Time Graph

Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
