Qualifications: ACE Certified Group Fitness Continuing Education Provider for ACE Body Pump, YogaFit Levels I and II, Stott Pilates Mat and Reebok Cycle trained.

Personal History: As a young child, I pursued 'being physical; with a spirited zest. I've long enjoyed the benefits and inspiration that fitness brings to my entire being. In the summer of 2000, I opened a fitness studio. My clients enjoyed the classes, but they still wanted something more. So, I got creative. I drew from all the most popular fitness options to form one class in which participants can get everything they desire and need for their entire being - that class is my 'Jump Force' program.

Workout Philosophy: Exercising regularly is important for one's physical as well as emotional well-being. I feel that exercise is a lot more fun and effective when an element of play is involved.

Success Story: Here's a note from Caren Otterness of Dennison, Minnesota: "With Jump Force, I have achieved an excellent level of cardiovascular and muscle endurance and I have maintained a healthy weight as I enjoy my 40's. I feel strong and empowered. Jump Force not only changed my body, it changed my life!"
