Qualifications: Learned International Style Ballroom dancing in St. Petersburg, Russia from her mother (between the ages of 6-18). Moved to the US where she continued training in Ballroom dance for another 18 years, ballet for 8 years and yoga for 8 years. Certified Dance Examiner with Arthur Murray International Inc. United States dance champion for 12 consecutive years. A World Champion for 3 consecutive years.

Personal History: As a result of my dancing, I have always had a strong interest in fitness. I’ve worked with many other ways of staying in shape - from running to Pilates to yoga, also with personal trainers and home video fitness programs. For me, fitness is a way of life and I am always interested in seeing what is new. My husband and I love to teach and work out together. I also run a ballroom dress company. This gives me the opportunity to see beautiful bodies in beautiful dresses.

Workout Philosophy: How your body looks and works is such an integral part of your life. It’s not a trend - it’s a lifestyle choice.

Sucess Story: Tiandra from KY. Tiandra is one of our clients and lost 61 pounds doing Core Rhythms. When I met her, she hugged me and told me how much we have changed her life. She recently had surgery to remove 20 lbs of excess skin. She now models and has an active lifestyle.
