Qualifications: Certified by ACE and AFAA in personal training and group fitness. A Nike Elite Athlete/Trainer/Instructor. Has also trained in kickbox, cycling, yoga, Pilates, weight-lifting, and dance.
Personal History: Honestly, I used dance and athletics to survive in the early days. It was a place to express and create - to live positively. Dance and athletics kept me safe, healthy, and on a true positive path. When I realized other people needed that path, I wanted to share it with them. I wanted to take them along with me and give them the opportunity to find their own possibilities through movement. Dance and fitness saved me as a young adult, supported me as a young single mother, and inspired me to be the best human possible. I have a very understanding husband and three spirited kids.
Workout Philosophy: Where there is a will, there is a way. There is no right way to do anything. Through imperfection, perfection is found - unique or different is where our strengths are.
