Qualifications: Bikram yoga certification, Pilates reformer/mat certification (Laurie Hurt Pilates NYC), Sacred Movement Yoga certification, Rod Stryker Para Yoga certification

Personal History: I was always a hyper-active kid with too much sugar in my system and poor focus in my sporting adventures. In my early 30's, I turned to yoga and Pilates to focus and refine my body and mind, and I've enjoyed it ever since.

Workout Philosophy: I don't feel above my students, and I relate to the difficulties of making time to take care of your body and also realize the subsequent payoff for the mind. Bang for the buck(time-wise)is my philosophy.

Sucess Story: Phil from New York City had a gnarly tight body with little hope of improving his postural plight. In the past year of 3 times a week yoga classes, he's become the person I often use to demonstrate the way a yoga pose should work.
