Christine Grasso

Christine Grasso, RYT, is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and a holistic health and nutrition coach. She teaches an alignment-based flow class with a focus on core stability to grow flexibility. Her emphasis on alignment helps her students prevent injuries and feel safe getting into poses. She healed herself of painful wrists and elbows that made Downward Facing Dog impossible. Now, she can practice Handstand and arm balances without pain.

 

Christine’s unique blend of sparkling energy, yoga philosophy, and proper alignment leaves her students feeling revitalized and relaxed at the end of class. She incorporates various breathing and meditation techniques to help her students de-stress, connect deeply with their bodies, and grow their practice. 

Christine has been teaching yoga since 2006. She feels honored to have trained with Nancy Candea at Purple Om Yoga to complete the 200-hour Yoga Impact Teacher Training program. Her teaching is influenced by Iyengar, Anusara, Ashtanga, gentle, and Yin styles of yoga.

Christine also specializes in supporting women struggling to lose weight. She helps them identify their hidden food allergies, re-balance their digestion, and lose those stubborn pounds.
