Certified instructor description:
A dance-inspired fat-burner that's exceptionally easy-to-follow. It features basic steps taught in a very beginner-friendly format (e.g. you'll learn the moves at half-tempo, then increase the pace as you add new combos). No complex Latin steps here; these are familiar classics you already know. From Disco and Swing to grapevines and hip rolls, each 10-minute segment features a different music and different cardio-dance style (the last section is lower-body, ballet toning). DVD is totally customizable; it can be programmed to play the sections in whatever order you choose. ©2008.
