Full Backcover Description

Bedroom Body with Angie Miller is a core focused total body conditioning program that uses combination exercises to train your heart and tone your muscles. Three targeted workouts are included: Buff Body Blast, Booty Burner and Core & Pelvic Floor.

The first workout, Buff Body Blast, will keep your heart rate elevated as it sculpts and defines your muscles. With exercises that combine upper and lower body movements to increase intensity and target multiple muscle groups, this 30 minute workout gives you maximum results. Designed to condition your core and burn fat, the exercises are challenging, but easy to follow.

The second workout, Booty Burner, is the “wonder bra for your butt” with exercises developed to lift, shape and firm your backside. Sexy, strong glutes will get you into your skinny jeans and they’ll increase your body’s overall strength. As a bonus, Angie gives you tips on how to strengthen your pelvic floor. Get ready for a tight tush in 10 minutes.

The third workout, Core and Pelvic Floor, will chisel your middle and give you a lean, defined torso. With exercises formulated to strengthen your abdominals and lower back, you’ll see visible results. While six pack abs may be your only goal, this twelve minute core conditioner will also improve your balance and posture.

Angie’s energetic, encouraging style will motivate you to succeed, while her informative cuing will help you get the most out of the exercises. Get ready for amazing results!

This 3-in-1 workout is packed with options! Five pre-mixes are included. You can do the complete workout or mix and match to meet your exercise goals.

Certified instructor description:

A dynamic sequence of innovative and effective exercises. Don't be distracted by the title — these are straight-forward toning moves designed to build a lean, strong body (since "fitness and health come in all sizes"). The standing segment includes five multi-muscle sets that often incorporate a core element. Each series gradually builds in reps and tempo. Then Angie adds in the creative variations (e.g. rotations, pulses and balance moves). The floor section begins with "booty burner" — lower-body classics like pelvic tilts, bridges and dumbbell-enhanced leg lifts. The program ends with no-nonsense corework that targets every abdominal muscle. Lots of optional modifications.

Requires two sets of dumbbells (e.g. 3 lb & 10 lb.). ©2012.
Please Note: This workout is in DVD-R format to ensure high quality.
