Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Toning Emphasis: Total Body

Upper body: Arms, chest and back.

Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.

An almost-cardio-paced toning program that includes balance, coordination and core exercises. Angie Miller never slows you down — instead, you'll just seamlessly transition from one series to the next. You also get multi-muscle-group progressions within each segment (e.g. a simple “side lunge” becomes a “side lunge, arm row” that becomes a “side lunge, arm row with a butt kick”). Even the core and balance routines are smoothly integrated into the traditional body-sculpting exercises. Angie's “chatty” cuing is detailed and motivational (“you look great”).
