"Gentle Stress Relief" gracefully stretches all the muscles in your back and lower body. It begins with basic athletic moves and then evolves into a peaceful series of classic yoga poses. Suzanne Deason's voiceover cuing is easy to follow and relaxation-oriented ("release the jaw, relax the face..."). "Flexibility for Beginners" features simple vinyasa flows — mostly forward bends to increase muscle elasticity and strengthen your spinal stabilizers. Patricia Walden's instruction is also tranquil and soothing ("use your breath to soften, surrender and lengthen").
