Certified instructor description:
This really is “classic Tae Bo”... only better. On one hand, you get Billy's legendary motivation combined with his usual no-nonsense mix of jabs, punches, kicks and combos (fast-moving cardio exercises that really burn fat). On the other hand, this program is better than the original Tae Bo. Billy's technique has definitely improved; he's now a seasoned video instructor. His exercises are well-balanced, well-transitioned and effectively paced. Also, his cuing is better. Billy emphasizes easy-to-follow directions and proper form throughout the entire program. Workout features a bright setting and a large, energetic class. ©2012.
