Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

A unique Tae Bo program where each segment features a completely different workout technique. The variety keeps you energized while the spectacular setting keeps you motivated (it's filmed "live" on a rooftop overlooking the LA skyline). The first section is classic Tae Bo taught in a faster/slower "cardio interval" format. That's followed by "Body Groove" — a free-style series of playful fat-burning movements (e.g. Billy doing the "robot" with chest pops). The next segment, "Cardio Stationary," requires almost no space. Instead of lateral moves, Billy keeps your heart rate elevated with lots of kicks, jumps and directional changes.
