Brook obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sport Science, and her Master's of Education in Physical Education with emphasis in Fitness Administration. Brook Benten's professional objective is to teach fun fitness classes which break negative associations to exercise and catalyze improvements in social, emotional, and physical wellness in the lives of others.
