Product Description:

Three time-efficient workouts beautifully filmed in the Arizona desert. The two toning programs maximize results with multi-plane exercises that engage multiple muscle groups (e.g. a lower-body squat combined with an upper-body overhead press). The first workout features an always-changing series of Pilates, athletic and yoga-based body-sculpting. The second program mixes body-weight routines with dumbbell sequences. Both segments include balance and core stabilization exercises (standing and floorwork).
