Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Cardio Walk for Weightloss

This is a great video for weight loss, especially for a beginner. While the DVD gives the ability to do low or high impact, if you are just starting or starting back to working out, this is great. The exercise is divided into three sections, you can do them in any order, and there is 12 minutes of cardio and three of weight strengthening. When i am really busy I will only do one of the segments and I still feel like got a bit of a work out. I highly recommend this for your home collection.
