Product Description:

Four complete workouts. Originally released as separate VHS tapes, they are now available as a two-DVD set. Hi-Lo Heaven is a fast-paced triathlon of cardio, fast cardio and cardio/strength intervals (done to a dynamic sing-along soundtrack). The innovative hi/lo segments include lots of layered combinations - you'll learn a routine, add some moves, speed them up and then combine them with something new (lots of twists and pivots, not recommended for carpet). The ending section intermixes short aerobic intervals with upper/lower-body toning.

Step Heaven is a tough, non-stop challenge with lots of fresh moves and a medley of your favorite vocal songs. It features three stages. Stage one is tough with moderately complex choreography. Stage two is a true boredom buster-- something is changing on nearly every musical beat (e.g. spin and straddle, over squat, kick front-knee straddle, walk the step...). Stage three alternates step aerobics with intense body-sculpting routines. Still Steppin' has lots of truly creative step choreography. All the steps seem to fit together like a jig saw puzzle - just when you get the move, the combination changes (always with lots of options so you can try a different pattern the next time).

From fast-paced mambos and box step shuffles to unique patterns like boom boom and zig zag arms, you'll use every inch of your step (both sideways and pointed toward the TV). Still Jumpin  is all classic high-energy aerobic combos --mambos and ponies, hop turns and grapevines, all with lots of interesting directional changes and arm patterns. The moves just seem to naturally flow from one to the next. And Christi's add-on style means you can always drop back to a previous move. All four programs feature superb curing and Christi's super-motivating, energetic-but-genuine attitude (it's like working out with a friend). Lots of recognizable vocal songs, from Funkytown and Dancing Queen to Turn the Beat Around and Smooth. Hi-Lo Heaven and Step Heaven require 3 to 10 lb. dumbbells. ©2000 & 2001.
