Certified instructor description:
The FIRM 'BASICS Sculpting with Weights' is an Anna Benson Workout led by instructor Tracie Long (1997 Release). The DVD has a Menu for basic sections, and is fully chaptered, in a full-sized DVD case.
A total body warm-up is followed by a seated dowel stretch (6 minutes). Alternating Weights and Cardio (27 minutes) tones muscles and maintains a fast heart rate. For beginner and advanced exercisers, all can be easily modified to any fitness level. Floor Work (9 minutes) includes pecs, core, inner thigh, and pelvic floor exercises. Relaxing stretches (3 minutes) conclude the workout. If you've never used a dumbbell before, this "user friendly" workout will make your entire body stronger and visibly slimmer.
