Certified instructor description:

Originally released in 1998, it features a varied series of The Firm's legendary "blended" aero/tone exercises (e.g. working your lower body on the step as you tone your upper body with dumbbells — all performed at a fat-burning tempo). The moves range from simple jumps and jogs to deep squats and dumbbell curls (plus lots of buttocks-focused "tall step" lunges). The three Master instructors continuously intermix the tempo and body-part emphasis to efficiently work every muscle in your body. It ends with an ab-targeted floorwork section. Excellent cuing with smooth transitions and upbeat instrumental music. Filmed on the Firm's original "mansion" set. Requires 3 to 5 lb. dumbbells and a step. A high-step and workout dowel are optional (a regular step and a broomstick would work). ©1998. FULLY CHAPTERED
