This effective & relaxing workout uses minimal equipment. You can start with a pair of light dumbbells. The warm-up is divided into two parts: hot cardio followed by a relaxing stretch. The multiple activity aerobic workout is comprehensive & tones the cored, hips & thighs. Optional ankle weights can boost results. Floor & seated stretch uses a towel to boost flexibility without unnecessary stress. Actress/Dancer Janet Jones is in top form & performs with grace & style for a cast of 20 during this engaging, cinema-like production.
