Classic Firm: Low Impact Aerobics (Vol. 2)
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Aerobics Impact: Mixed
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.
Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.
Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.
Aerobics Choreography: Basic
Basic: The easiest to follow. It ranges from simple walking-style marches to sports and athletic movements.

A "classic" aero/tone Firm workout. Released in 1988, it's the second video in the original series. Led by Janet Jones-Gretzky, this has a slightly "dancier" feel than the first "Body Sculpting Basics" program. The workout begins with a choreographed "cardio" segment that uses light dumbbells to boost the intensity (while adding a definite toning element). The moves are primarily low-impact, but they also incorporate some higher-impact routines. The toning section is mostly floorwork -- a well-sequenced medley of traditional exercises including push-ups, leg lifts, hydrants and abdominal curls. Like all the original Firms, you get jazz-style music, an elegant set and high quality production.
