Originally released in 1999, it has five more ab-focused workout segments. This program is a little longer, and a little more varied, than the earlier "Firm Parts 5 Day Abs" workout. The DVD chapter function lets you do the entire workout, or just the section you want. Each segment is a little different. In addition to curl/crunch variations, you also get seated torso twists, isometric holds and dumbbell-intensified moves. It's a diverse series of exercises that works your entire abdominal area — obliques, rectus abdominis and transversus abdominis (the muscles that circle your waistline). Compilation released in 1999 from programs originally copyrighted in 1995-1998.
