It's a short-but-intense workout with lots of tempo and movement variations. These classic routines are precision-targeted to those familiar “trouble spots”: your abs, thighs and buttocks. There's a “choreographed” feel to this program — Tracie makes it interesting by constantly alternating the exercises and varying the pace (e.g. fast, slow and pulsed; with and without weights).
