Full Backcover Description
1. Performed entirely while lying down, this workout allows maximum-intensity concentration (and muscle toning) by focusing on one body part at a time.
2. Continue to grow stronger and shapelier by gradually increasing ankle weights to five pounds.
3. The Firm’s unique (but optional) trick of adding dumbbells (3-12 lbs.) to “floor” exercise adds the ultimate level of intensity and results--especially for the buttocks.
Master Instructor Tracie Long leads these tested, proven routines compiled from The Firm’s acclaimed Tortoise and Hare Cross-Trainer workouts.

Certified instructor description:
From 1996, an all-floorwork program that works your lower body and abs. Tracie's precise cuing and constantly-changing moves guarantee a shapely, well-defined body. It's a short-but-intense workout with lots of tempo and movement variations. These classic routines are precision-targeted to those familiar “trouble spots”: your abs, thighs and buttocks. There's a “choreographed” feel to this program — Tracie makes it interesting by constantly alternating the exercises and varying the pace (e.g. fast, slow and pulsed; with and without weights). Has orchestra and jazz-type music with The Classic Firm's movie-quality production. Requires 8 to 20 lb. dumbbells; they also use 3 to 5 lb. ankle weights. Re-edited from The Firm's Tortoise and Hare. ©1996. Note: Despite the cover text, the workout really is 34 minutes long.
