As the owner of Body Productions, Inc, she is a popular National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, respected American College of Sports Medicine certified Health Fitness Instructor and Wellcoaches licensed Wellness Coach in the Washington DC area. Core Attack with Trish Muse
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

Certified instructor description:
A total-body workout that features three different styles and a thorough stretch. Trish's detailed, comprehensive instruction guarantees proper technique (and great results). The first section keeps your core engaged as you sculpt your entire body with a resistance band. You'll begin with floorwork and continue into a standing/floor series (intermixing isolated and multi-muscle exercises). The second segment maintains the intensity with two weighted balls and long lever movements (e.g. moving the ball with outstretched arms). That's followed by classic ab-focused floorwork. It ends with a deep-muscle stretch, alignment and flexibility routine. Has premixed workout options. Requires a 6 foot resistance band and 1-3 lb. weighted balls (dumbbells will work). ©2007.
