Crunch: Fat Burning Dance Party
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Aerobics Impact: Lower
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.
Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.
Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.

With three dance styles and lots of tempo and directional changes, the variety is sure to keep you movin'. Jennifer Galari always begins with the basics and then adds in the complexity and intensity (so it's fun and easy to follow but never slow). You'll start with a salsa medley, mambos, cha chas and sways. Then it's funky hip hop where you'll add in some attitude. Finally, you'll be dancing back to the 70's with an upbeat series of motivating disco tunes.
