Certified instructor description:
A flowing series of toning-focused poses led by a friendly, low-key instructor. Bethany Lyons emphasizes having fun and enjoying the moment — not mastering every position (“it's okay if you want to drop your knees …”). Her cuing is detailed and clear; beginners will have no trouble following along. The moves are familiar classics — each carefully selected and sequenced to build flexibility and tone your muscles. Mostly lower body and core-targeted, they include the warrior to shape your legs and the boat pose to firm your abs. It ends with a super-relaxing, muscle-by-muscle stretch segment. ©2008.
